Great customer support, love it !

2nd time a gig was cancelled by the organisers and Gigantic refunded me minus a admin fee which ended up with me losing £13. I didn't cancel they did! I should get all my money back. Never booking anything associated with them again, seems like a money making scheme to me

Tickets had been bought through Gigantic. We were unable to attend the performance. We had purchased the refund plan. We applied for a refund, the response was quick, Amy was very helpful and the money for the tickets was refunded quickly.

Gemma at Gigantic has been fantastic!

I accidentally booked tickets for the Saturday performance instead of the Friday one, and when I got in touch by email and phone, she sorted everything out straight away. She kept me updated while speaking with the ticket seller and made sure my family and I could still attend the Friday show.

Her customer service has been brilliant - friendly, clear, and genuinely helpful. Because of how well she handled everything, I’d happily recommend Gigantic for theatre tickets, and I’ll definitely use them again… making sure I pick the right date next time.

They offer you the option of purchasing a refund plan and then make it nearly impossible to obtain a refund.

I made an error on a booking and Gemma was very quick and helpful in rectify this. She sorted out a refund straight away.

Response from the staff member (Gemma) was timely and friendly, and greatly helped with my issue of a delayed flight. I didn’t expect it to be a extenuating circumstance but I’m glad I could get the help I needed to reschedule my event :)

After booking tickets, circumstances changed and I needee to book anotger ticket which was wheelchair friendly. Natalie sorted everything including chamging original tickets and refunding one as a companion. All the staff couldnt be more helpful, timely and supportive. Thank you!

Unfortunately I had to cancel a Gigantic Tickets experience in London.

Gemma was the Gigantic Tickets rep I dealt with - all communication was timely, clear and concise. After a few days of appalling client service in my home country (Australia) it was a pleasure to work with Gemma to achieve my goal of a refund on the face value of the tickets I had purchased.

Can't wait to see the show but wanted to give major props to Gemma in customer service for helping me w/ my ticket adjustment so I could infact attend.

I made a typo error in my booking which meant I didn’t receive confirmation of the booking. Gemma was very quick to resolve the issue and all is well :-)

Had to unfortunately claim back tickets for a festival due to illness. However, the process of claiming back was straight forward and Amy was super helpful!

The Ticket refund department particularly Amy was more than outstanding after handling my claim for refund after writing my car off as getting ready for Shrewsbury folk festival,Icannot fault the empathy and understanding in the handling of this claim,it has made my day after a rotton weekend ,quick efficient,what a superb service,Thankyou Amy and Gigantic.
