Ticket exchange
I had to exchange a seated ticket for a standing ticket at the last minute but was not sure how to do it. Gemma stepped in on the chat and talked me through the process and it worked brilliantly. The refund against my old ticket was processed incredibly fast - top work by Gemma and the team

If there was less than 1 I would have given that rating. I bought a ticket for an event but cannot access the ticket. I rang gigantic but it says that it can’t take any more calls as the message box is full. Live chat directed me to ticket master, who directed me to coop live who sent me back to ticket master who sent me back to gigantic as point of sale. Now I have no money and no ticket.

Co-op Live tickets are delivered through the Co-op Live app. If your tickets aren't showing, the most common cause is being signed into the app with a different email from the one on your booking. It's also worth checking the "Other" tab in the app. If there's a problem on our side, such as the email address on your booking, we can fix that for you.
Once we established none of the troubleshooting had worked on your order, I contacted the venue on your behalf and explained the situation, in turn they emailed the tickets to you directly.
I am sorry for any inconvenience, sometimes we do run into technical errors with the apps at times which is out of our control, but we will always manage to resolve the issue in the end and arrange your entry to the event.
Ticket confirmation
Hi, I deleted a ticket confirmation e mail by accident and had no record of my purchase. I contacted Gigantic and Gemma sorted the problem straight away. A relief to get the confirmation sorted, and with no hassle either !!

Refund plan
Due to unforeseen circumstances myself and family members were unable to attend a concert. We had booked tickets insurance when booking. I applied for a refund and Amy, who handled my request, was brilliant. Thanks to her the whole process was straight forward, quickly dealt with and stress free. Happy to reccomend the refund plan.

Bought tickets and the refund plan but then saw i could resell tickets if no longer required. requested a refund for the refund plan and Amy actioned this quickly for me. Looking forward to my gig! Thanks for good quick customer service.

Unexpected charge
When your website says round up the ticket price to the nearest pound, I expect you to do that, NOT add a £1 donation. It leaves a sour taste in the mouth.
