No refunds for change of mind.
Please be careful with their refund policy. I bought a ticket for Chelsea - Blue event by paying additional £7 for the refund. But then to see, we can’t ask for a refund if we change our mind. It was the 8th of April 2026 and the concert is on the 11th of June 2026. 2 months ahead. But still they don’t want to give the refund for a change of mind. Wouldn’t buy tickets from them going forwards.

Company basically refused to give me a refund, after they refunded without asking i might add to a none existent bank account that I no longer have access to or even know what bank it was. They then say it will get returned when the bank returns it which is utter cobblers. They willingly and happily took the money, all I want is my money back in a suitable way but no, far to difficult for these corporate thieves to handle

I bought two tickets on Gigantic Tickets - The experience was smooth. Only, element that could be improved was that the tickets were made available only three days prior to the event.
Rearranged ticket issue.
Due to a friends funeral arranged on the same day as a booked event, I had to contact Gigantic by email to try and rearrange my 4x tickets for an alternative day. I wasn’t hopeful due to the event being only two weeks away, but Gemma sorted it promptly within an hour or so which I was very impressed with. Very friendly comms as well.

Great experience with a prompt reply to my questions which was appreciated especially Gemma who was very friendly and helpful making the whole encounter less stressful.

I paid for the refund insurance and I had a circumstance which was not in my control but they still did not give me a refund. I needed proof of my situation and then they said I didn’t meet the criteria to get a refund. Very bad customer service what do you pay the insurance for!
Quick response from customer services
I had some ticket issues as tickets weren’t appearing on my account but Gemma from customer service was really quick to reply to my email (within the hour!) and let me know that my tickets should be available 24-48 hrs before the event.

This company do not care
This company do not care about the little man, just their profits. Just want a bit of help getting a refund but all they keep giving me is that I must keep checking back. Thieves!

Gigantic Refund
I had an issue with a cancelled performance by a band and Amy in the Refunds Department went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend based on the customer service I received.
Customer Service is better then peers
Many ticket vendors are completely unresponsive when contacted, but I had a great experience with Gigantic, who came back promptly and were super helpful in assisting me in correcting a silly mistake I had made on a booking. Thanks to Gemma!!!
