Thought I had misplaced the first one I ordered…..
I ordered a knife for my son-in-law, had it engraved with his name and birthdate. I received it promptly before Christmas and it was beautiful! I put it up until I could get it wrapped, and then I couldn’t find it!! I was frantic so I took a picture on the website of the knife and put it in a gift card with a note that said it’s on the way, then I ordered another one ! On Christmas while we were opening gifts my son-in-law said I really like my knife thanks! He had opened the knife, the first one I ordered!! My husband had wrapped it and I had no idea, so 2 days later he got the other knife and loved that one as well.

Excellent store. Satisfied customer.
The seller's website was clean and intuitive. I found exactly the item I had seen in an advertisement with ease. Also, there were many options and items to choose from. The transaction was easy and quick. The shipping was fast and delivery was on time. The delivered product, which had a specific "screen printed name" on it, was in excellent condition. I am satisfied with the order and expect that I will buy items from this seller again.

Hi Rebecca,
Thank you for your feedback! The clear layer on the back is a protective film we leave on to prevent scratches during shipping. Please try gently peeling it off using your fingernail — it should come off easily. If you still have trouble, please email us at customerservice@giftshire.com, and we’ll be happy to help further.

Reviews
My items arrived in a timely manner. The people were nice and available. I was a bit disappointed in my products. The bag I ordered looks well made but the color is less vibrant than pictured. The crystal necklaces look cheap and the etching is so light it is barely visible.
