Never responded to customer service inquiries. I do not know if entirely a scam, but how can we trust a company if they refuse to respond to inquiries nor provide customer service around where the item is?

I ordered a 2000 piece picture puzzle and it came within a few days. The packaging was beautiful and I was impressed immediately. The puzzle is made with great quality and the picture looks perfect. The puzzle was challenging but doable. I have not applied the glue that the puzzle came with yet but based on my experience so far, I am sure it will look beautiful! I will definitely be ordering again.

This was the only service that allowed me to completely customize the pictures I wanted at such a small size. The pictures I ordered were top quality, exactly as described, and arrived extremely quickly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Very poor quality of products and service. I ordered 4x6 and 2x3 photos from this company. There are black lines in the corner of almost every photo and the white borders are uneven like it was cut incorrectly. Additionally, the quality of the image itself is very poor and grainy so I cannot use these photos for my album. The company is only offering a 75% refund even though their product is useless to me. DO NOT purchase from this website. You will be disappointed.

I ordered a puzzle and two succulent wooden pots personalized with pictures of my dog and a friends' dog. all items are beautifully made! I gifted one pot to my friend and she just about cried. they look just like the photos sent in. very happy with these purchases!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE Horrendous! Prints arrived with black mark on the corner and the colour was so dark you couldn’t tell what it was, they do not reply when you want a refund! Multiple emails ignored, multiple WhatsApp messages ignore USE ZAZZLE DO NOT USE UDELF!

I purchased the 500 Piece 5 Picture Collage Personalized Jigsaw Puzzle and couldn't be happier. It was helpful that the site suggested a minimum size for each photo for quality to be obtained. Once I chose my photos, I was able to layout the puzzle as I liked and was shown a sample of what it would look like. Within a few days I received the puzzle (which was important). It turned out better than I had expected (I am picky). I will definitely order more of these products.

I purchased a customized puzzle from your company as a gift for my wife’s birthday. The puzzle arrived on time and the gift wrapping was visually appealing. However, as she started to assemble the puzzle, we noticed that the majority of the color images are starting to separate from the cardboard backing. This is unexpected and unacceptable. My wife is part of a large group of puzzling enthusiasts and she was very excited to endorse your company. However, based on the poor quality, we can not and will not in good conscience recommend your company to our friends and family. Furthermore, I am requesting a full refund. Please respond!

We ordered 3 wedding pictures. Two out of the three arrived damaged: 2 frames and a torn wedding picture. After several attempts in contacting the company and sending photos of the damaged product, the company agreed to replace the two wedding pictures. When the second order arrived, one of the wedding pictures was ripped again. We contacted the company about the replacement order and sent pictures with no response after several emails. We are so disappointed and would have never trusted this company if we knew they would not make our order right. It has been sad and a huge disappointment. This just isn’t right. They already have our money.

The quality of prints did not meet my expectations for $75/print. The uploading process was a bit glitchy and only 35 of my 105 uploaded pictures were printed. And it was shipped from Turkey. I saw no where on their website that it was a product of Turkey. For the money, it was most certainly not worth it.

I was disappointed in the richness of colors initially; I am thrilled to share that not only did the puzzle get re-done the colors were rich and vibrant! I felt listened to and am now a VERY satisfied customer.
