A perfect gift
The men's toiletry bag was perfect. It looked much more expensive than it was so it was a great value. The monogram was well done, very attractive design. I was proud to give it as a gift.

You’ll spend hours removing protective film from drink stirrers
Custom plastic drink stirrers are sturdy and looked great. The photos I uploaded came out exactly as I had hoped. Shipping was fast, and Customer Service responded quickly to my inquiries.
What I did not know when I ordered is that the stirrers have a protective film that must be removed before use. I spent 2.5 tedious hours removing the film from 200 individual stirrers. Be forewarned.

Personalize Halloween bags
I place my order on 10/16 and I have not received my items. It takes to long for delivery.

Great idea
Great idea. Ad that got me to order it was 4 friends on a couch. The actual ornament had the couch removed and just the friends. Thought they would do that automatically. My pic had a large table in the picture that I wanted removed. Even sent a follow up email the next day to ask to be sure they removed it. They did not, so the ornament has a tabletop taking up half the picture. Just wanted us 3 in the picture with no table top. A little disappointed.

Your website doesn't seem to work properly when customizing selections in drop down boxes. Tried my cell, then a tablet, finally went to my laptop and got it to work.

Impressive
My son got married mother's day of this year. I thought the picture of him and his new wife on their wedding day should be etched in glass. It is beautiful!!
I can't wait to gift it to her for Christmas (which is also her birthday)
Thank you for the uniqueness 😊
