He realizado varios pedidos con ellos de productos como tarjetas, flyers, papel de carta y similares, por el momento no he tenido ningún problema. La calidad de acabado y materiales es bastante buena asi como la calidad de impresión.
Ofrecen bastantes productos ademas de los tipicos, yo no he probado otros con acabados más complejos por lo que desconozco como se entregan estos.
Las cantidades de impresión van desde pequeñas cantidades hasta las más grandes, hay fijarse bien puesto que en ocasiones por pocos euros puedes duplicar el numero de ejemplares
Los tiempos de envio pueden ser en ocasiones un poco largos y a veces se exceden algún dia de la fecha prevista para la entrega. Esto hay que tenerlo en cuenta ni necesitas el trabajo para alguna fecha en cuestión

Getprint est selon moi une des meilleurs plateformes d'impression en ligne. La qualité est au rendez vous et les délais sont respectés. Le service est irréprochable et l'utilisation est simple.

As a designer I order print for most of my clients so I need to buy at competitive prices. What I have found is that by using getprint I can buy print cheaper than is available on most retail (and even trade) websites, which enables me to make a little extra on top of the design fee. So my clients get quality print at a great price they are happy with and I get a nice little extra profit on the project so we are both happy! :)

For this order (3321305) my client want 30,000 six page DL folded leaflets for a local mail drop so decided that these would be fine on 135gsm art paper.

For Even new users who have never used the website before I’m sure will agree that they layout is really easy to navigate and the products easy to find. The website loads the leaflets/ flyers page so I did not even have to look for the product I wanted, all I need to do was select from the vast list of options. The leaflets I designed in a handy folded DL size (like an envelope) so after selecting the DL size from the size chart I then picked the glossy finish option selected the letter fold option – I did not need any of the other options for this job but there are many to choose from like super glossy uv gloss coating, embossing and many more. My client had already specified they needed 30,000 of these leaflets so I just selected that amount from the quantity drop down then picked the express print option to make sure they arrived in time. I could have made a few quid more by using the standard print option but delivery would have been the day before distribution so it would have been a bit too risky.

I clicked the add to cart button which loaded the cart page where you can add a job reference or name (vital for me so I know who’s job it is), pick from either uploading the artwork files directly to the website or via FTP (great for large files), artwork check options and even the option to change the senders details so the labels on the boxes have my details as the sender on – this is perfect as my client only see’s my details as the sender. You can also do things like get samples sent out to you, split the order and send it to multiple delivery address, both of which I have used in the past but were not required for this job.

When you click to continue you get a pop up screen with some special offers on, things like upgraded print times and higher quantities for discounted prices - while I did not take up any of these offers on this order, in the past I have used one or more of these offers as it has been worthwhile.

There are then plenty of payment options to choose from, including ones I have not heard of before, but I suppose you can’t have too many payment options as there are soo many way to pay for stuff these days. I selected PayPal as it's my preferred option.

After placing the order I got an email straight away which confirmed the order has been placed, and then a few minutes later I got another one with details which allowed me to upload via FTP my artwork to getprint's artwork server.

I uploaded the artwork quickly and easily and approximately 10 minutes later I received an email saying that they had it and would check to make sure it was ok to print. After a few hours I received another email saying the artwork was ok and my print job was now in production.

The night the order was shipped out I got another email with a link to the courier’s website so I could track the order. This is a lifeline for me as I can give this to my client and they are able to track the delivery and on the day of arrive you even get an estimated delivery time.

I am a designer by trade and have used a number of print companies for clients orders over the years and I am happy to give getprint a good review again as the print quality and customer service to date has always been terrific.

Needed some A7 leaflets so headed straight on over to Print24’s site to check out the prices.

Picked the thicker 250gsm art paper with a nice matt finish on the standard delivery service - takes a few day extra but save a few quid so that's good!

Ordering is really simple, I just picked the options I wanted then added them straight to the cart (3117743).

When checking out it gave additional options of upgrading to quicker delivery or adding more leaflets to the order or adding an extra special glossy coating, but I was happy with my selection of matt finish.

Now I was in the main order screen a really handy feature is that you can add a job name or number to the order - great for me so I know at a glance who’s order it was for in when looking in my account area. Another bonus is that it lets you alter the sender details on the package so my client only sees my details on the sender labels, which is a great bonus.

At this point you also have the option to pay a small fee for Print24 to check your artwork (great if you are not too hot on designs and sizes etc), I selected the free basic artwork check as I know my artwork is ready to print.

Making payment is again very easy, plenty of payment options, bank transfer, credit card, etc, but I stuck to PayPal as it's quick and easy.

After checking out and making payment I got a few emails straight away, one confirming the order has been placed, and one with details for me to upload the artwork direct to Print 24’s artwork server.

Sending the artwork is easy, I opted to upload the artwork using the file uploader on the main website as they were only small files. If I had wanted to or if I had large files I would of used the FTP option.

I got another email a few minutes after uploading the artwork I also received a confirmation saying that they had the artwork at their end. Later on the same day I got another email saying that everything was ok with the artwork and they were going to start the printing process.

A few days later when the order was ready I got a dispatch email with a link to the courier’s website so I could track the order, which is a real nice touch!

Atención al cliente telefónica gratuita y la entrega puede variar un poco, así que si haces un pedido y te corre urgencia paga el transporte urgente porque pueden surgir problemas. Pero en general bien. A veces existen retrasos pero por mi experiencia es por culpa de la empresa de logistica en mi pedido.

I would recomend other companies to use getprint, im so happy that they have low prices like no one else, fast delivery and a good working support. I always get fast answers and often, i dont have to wait more than 20 minutes when i e-mail them. I orderes for flyers and poster for my festival, and they turned out great.
