Worst experience I ever had. They said they had part in stock. So a month later still no part. But I did receive a email from ups saying they created my shipping label but they haven't received the item yet. This company sucks!!!

Better to just go to the dealer takes forever to get the part and they sent me the wrong part plus I can't get a hold of them to return

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this website. Zero customer service. Their online chat is laughable. There is minimal response from them and tens of minutes without response. They wait you out and hope you will just go away. I paid with paypal and have escalated my claim. Worthless company.

This is scam service website. There are NO humans. No email replies, chat is just for show no one ever answer the chat. They show items in stock, they say they have it. but then after weeks send you a mail showing pending. THEY DID NOT HAVE MY PART IN STOCK, AND LIED SHOWING THEY DID! All so they can take your money and you fight for weeks to get it back.

Parts that I ordered says that they were in stock when I ordered them days went by and still nothing come to find out they were not even in stock like the website said they were I had to wait way longer than I should have

I would have given them zero stars if it would have let me. Customer service was not on during the times they said they were. When I did get a hold of them they avoided answering my questions. It hasn’t shipped in over a week. They commented it was due to staffing. Also it said the part was in-stock but the reason they couldn’t ship was it had to be drop shipped from their supplier as it wasn’t in-stock. I can’t even comment on if I got the right part because I haven’t received it yet. I would never order from them again. They totally miss represent who they are.

They shipped me the wrong part and I have been trying to get an exchange for the correct part for 3 weeks with no answer no response... no phone number no reply

I tried to return a part. My inquiry fell on deaf ears. They don't have a phone number and don't respond to chats, email etc.

Have tried to cancel this order four times begining 10 minutes after it was placed. Thet sent it anyway. they do not respond to phone or emails

Extremely slow to ship parts. Took forever to receive. I had the whole truck repaired with the other parts I ordered elsewhere but was held up over a week waiting on some clips from OEMPARTS. I would shop elsewhere.

I ordered a part for the wrong door which is my mistake. It took forever getting to my house even though they make u pay for shipping. Then I go to return it, takes multiple emails, multiple tries to get an agent on there live chat before I can get a return started only for them to make me pay for the return as well. The shipping costs end up being more then my part alone with a lot of grief and bad communication from this website

Part as described, package packed very well to protect part, fast shipping (4 days early), easy to order, easy to check out, no problems, would order from this site again

I ordered my part took about 2 weeks then when my order came in i open the box to find my part to be broken looks like they dropped it and just put it in the box that way because in the bag i had pieces from one of the corners and vent just laying in there been trying to get a hold of them telephone number isnt working at this time its being worked on from the message on there and 5 emails and messages to the live thing with no response. So it seems the 4 star reviews are fake so buyer beware

Company kept me informed daily on package updates. I received it sooner than expected! Product was really great quality, I was expecting something simple and was very impressed. They aren’t to far from me and I will definitely shop here again

Ordered 6/1 but not shipped until 6/7 and received 6/10. 2 plastic strips less than 1lb cost $59....Ok...but standard USPS shipping $17.87. Do math before you order.

I experienced exactly what others have recently reported - getting the parts I ordered after a long delay, then finding out that they were wrong (my mechanic's fault) but trying to contact anyone there for service has been futile - no response to repeated attempts by email, chat, phone - they even have a recorded message saying they don't take phone calls - even though there is a number on their website. I'm 515.00 in the hole at this point and cannot seem to be able to contact anyone. I'm going to my credit card company, the BBB, and will write more reviews until they make things right. I only put one star there as none was not an option. At least they did send the merchandise but get a big 0 for customer service! Update - after 2 1/2 months and another attempt to make contact, I heard back from them (Tasca of whom getoemparts is a parent company) and they gave me a return authorization number and I sent the parts back and was credited. I'll take them off my 'feces list' and consider ordering from them in the future but will bloody sure the part number are right as I had to eat the shipping both ways!

This company is a scam! Order#394492 Like many others I am here because I ordered a part and have been unable to contact this company in any way. Phone number just repeats a recorded message over and over, email results in no reply, and “live chat” times out after about a minute and kicks me out. Haven’t been able to get an answer form anyone and now I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. Hopefully I am able to receive a refund but avoid this company at all costs. They have no parts in stock regardless of what their website says. I will be reporting this to the BBB as so many others have. Don’t believe the positive reviews on here. They are very likely posted by company employees.
Update (6/8/22): I just received a tracking number (9400109206446502110235) which states a shipping label was created, but is not yet in the system. At this point I would be EXTREMELY surprised if it was the correct part I ordered and I am 99% certain that this is simply a stalling tactic on the behalf of getoemparts.co*/Tasca Auto. I already opened a dispute with my card issuer and will NOT be closing it until I receive the correct part. Still have not heard back from this company and their phone service and “live chat” function remains inoperable. I’ll update when the USPS receives the “package”. If I am incorrect and this is the correct part I will be updating this to a 2 star rating as it was still the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering ANYTHING online.
UPDATE: 6/13/22 OK, so it’s time for me to eat some of my words and admit I may have been a bit too harsh on this company. I received the car part I ordered and much to my surprise, it was the correct part! I’m still extremely displeased with the lack of communication and poor customer service with this company, but I no longer believe this to be some fly-by-night scamming operation. It seems, at least in my case, that this is a real company with real car parts. Overall I’m just glad my money wasn’t wasted and I will be closing the dispute with my card issuer. I have no problem admitting my mistake and I just hope they make improvements to their customer service department.
