In their defense, they (slowly) delivered the part I ordered, which was wrong. They claimed to allow returns, but after two weeks+, they have not provided a way to do that, even though they said it would take 2-3 days processing. Basically, they take the money and run. Don't do business with them unless this is acceptable to you.

Ordered from them using my credit card. Two weeks passed and no delivery. Saw their tel number on my credit card bill. Called them and I was informed that they were not affiliated with the website. I told them "But you got my money?" The guy said call my DA and tell them that I've been scammed. I called my credit card company and informed them exactly what happened. Credit card refunded their charges. It is a waste of my time.

Complete scam . Run , use your money someplace else. They don't answer phones, don't answer live chat. Parts say in stock only to find out after they take your $ they never send you your parts. They are just taking peoples money and not sending parts. Trust me I requested a refund( no response) now had to get my bank involved to get my money back. Take your business else where you will thank me later.

Ordered part according to vehicle specifications and turned out to be the wrong part. After canceling the order I was charged twice instead of returning the money.

Order a grill and they never sent me a tracking number confirmation code so I went to my bank and disputed it and I got my money back before they got a hold of it what was impending cuz I start reading the reviews on it with a better Business bureau and they've been ripping people off with cheap prices they lower people in who are finally shut down over the weekend so it won't be any more reviews

I ordered an aux jack and paid for expedited shipping because I’m impatient. I got an email the day before it was supposed to be DELIVERED saying it was a specialty order item and that it would be 3-5 days before they received it and then 2 day air shipping-if I was not satisfied with the time frame to contact live chat and they would give me a refund. Well I did just that and “Tony” told me that even though the email said that, that’s not what it meant. He would refund me the upgraded price and downgrade my shipping method to regular ground shipping. I was spoken to like I was idiot even though I literally had an email from who he said was his manager. I then received an update of the partial refund and downgraded shipping. It took 4 attempts with the live chat and 2 emails for this kind of response and I WISH I looked into the company more but they were the only ones besides eBay where I could find my part. I literally cried I was so frustrated and upset that I got spoken to like that.

Absolutely POSITIVELY a scam.

They LURE you in with cheaper pricing, But will ALWAYS delay you with a supposed back ordered item,
It'll takes WEEKS if not MONTHS to get your order, if you get it Al all.

Horrible! I wish I had read reviews first. No correspondence at all. Emails, phone chats, phone calls, messages--no answer. I made a dispute with PayPal and then cancelled my order with no response from seller. After a few days I received an email that my order was going to be shipped. After 3 more emails and calls from me to once again cancel the order, they decide to go ahead and ship the order. Different phone#'s and names -GetOEMParts/ Tasca Auto Parts/email to newautoparts/or tpc@tasca Never got an answer.
Never do business with this RIP-OFF company.

They are terrible. Their website indicated that all parts ordered were in stock. After a considerable amount of time passing I learn that they were waiting on a special order. My entire order was held up for a 4 dollar gasket that I could purchase locally.

More of my wasted time as they think their Tim is more valuable than mine I had a chat going with William. I requested them to ship the parts that they had on hand. Moreover, requested was for a expedited shipment as my need is now in a crisis. I would have been willing to pay double to get those parts speeded to me. William response was that he removed the 4 dollar item and wait 12 to 24 hours for a change in In Progress status which is now 15 days old. He blew the chat off without addressing my expedited request

Never again will I order anything from them.

Don't be in a hurry for anything you order, or answers to your questions.
You must be very patient.

I had a great experience with them. I order a set of alloy wheels and they got here pretty fast.They are definitely OEM from ford.

They had the part I wanted at a good price.

They sent me the wrong part and they don't answer or respond back. It's don't waste your time or money here

They at least sent the right part but it was damaged. Sent several emails. First clue should have been "oemparts.com" had an email response from "newautoparts.com".

I paid for the transaction with PayPal. I had not updated my shipping address in PayPal. I attempted to contact the company to change my shipping address. I sent messages through every contact avenue provided and never received a reply. Today I received a notification that my item had shipped to my old address with a request for feedback. Here it is, Give poor customer service get bad reviews.

this companies are scanming us in theUSA they are from china they created a base in usa soil to fake they are here, once they get your money they run you around with gimmies to justify the time they are taking to fulfil your order and at the end nothing, you then have to go through your creditcard to dispute anf if you lucky it my take over 60 days to get your money and this company is not the only one, please check the company review before you buy

This is one, if not the worst websites and companies I have ever dealt with. I order an exterior trim moulding piece for my SUV and provided the VIN along with the paint code. The part was received unpainted and white. Their customer service and return procedure is horrific. The emails and website refer you to the live chat and that referneces you a phone. When you call the service is not available and use the live chat. Using the live chat does not connect you with a person only information to send to them in an email. I never got a response by requesting the RA from the chat email. I will never use this site again. If I could give it zero starts I would.

the GetOEMParts.com and tascapart.com are fake website and fraudulent companies. DONT order anything.
