Detected spilled cleaning products under kitchen sick. Awesome product! Had no idea there was a spill until this notification came through.

We get false alarms all the time. I've added a magnet to our front door and resynched it many times and it still says the door is open when it's closed. Also, I get notices that we are offline and then back online and I'm at home and we didn't lose power or internet so that is a false notice as well. I can't rely on this product at this point.

I reached out for support and got a little...then nothing. They insisted that I needed new parts. I paid for new parts and the system still doesn't work after trying 51 resets.
So I asked to return 2 times. What answer have I gotten?

I keep getting notifications that my system has gone offline and then a minute later that it’s back on line. Very annoying!

Worked great for over 1 year but now all sensors have no signal. Have re-installed the app, changed batteries in sensors, left batteries out of sensors for more than 1 hour, re-synched bridge but still not working. App won't let me delete sensors so I can’t attempt to add them back.

Called customer service telephone number of last 4 days with no response back. Also sent email to support with no response.

Worked great for 3 months, now all sensor says connect but shows errors when trying to access them, have installed the app, changed batteries in sensors, re synched bridge it won't let U delete sensors when U try to it just re adds them back in

I installed the sensors and within a week they detected a leak in an area that I didn’t know I had a leak. It wasn’t a major issue but gave me the opportunity to rectify the source. The app alerted me and the problem was solved within minutes.

I’ve had the system for about 3 years with minimal interaction. I might have changed batteries once. I kind of forgot it was there. However I remembered this week when it alerted me to a leak in my laundry room where my washer had malfunctioned. I was able to catch the leak early and correct it. Aside from a small mess, there was no damage.

If you want a company that will dodge your technical support questions, after they design error messages that make no sense and are undocumented, and then as a last-ditch effort will tell you that you meant to ask Notion the notetaking-app company about your sensors, then this version of the company Notion is your perfect match! Even ChatGPT couldn't make up this wild story, these are all facts and I cannot possibly regret giving this company $150 more than I do.

I repeatedly emailed asking for an update on the package and never got an answer. I was concerned that it may have been scam.

Called for support 2 days ago. Requested call back.
Still awaiting.
In addition waited over 1 month for 8 sensors.

We've been having heavy rain lately. I'm glad I placed a Notion close to my sump pump because it notified me as soon as the pump started to overflow and my husband was able to quickly resolve the issue so it could keep pumping.

After buying these additional sensors, Hipo has notified me that "..smart home kit will be disconnected and as a result, lose all functionality". So I wasted my money on your sensors because you're going to deactivate my system.

Great product, it gives me peace of mind.

The notion device is a very good idea, but we live on a peninsular and have lots of internet dropouts. To reset the device is a very big pain, I have to reset it at least 3>5 times a week, I would like to see the bridge able to a have cable connection which could help, and the software inside the device needs to have at least a 5 minutes grace before it disconnects. The idea is good but not perfect yet, Because of the bridge problems, I am not sure, I will be re-insuring with Honey anymore.
