This company is proof that Trustpilot should offer the option of zero stars. I used the Notion sensors for about 7 years. Suddenly, I received a notification that Notion was no longer available in my area (which appears to apply to the entire planet). The notification advised me to toss the hardware. Instantly, the functionality was lost. Not even an email to thank their customers and to apologize for going belly up! Their app disappeared from the App store. Strangely, their website is still up. What a way for a company to cease operations!

I liked this service and have used for a few years but now they no longer service my area and told me to dispose of devices. Has anyone found a similar replacement?

I loved the sensors and have them all over my house. I am so sad that the app says that we should dispose of the hardware and uninstall the app.
Has anyone discovered a good alternative?

These got the job done as a subscription-free home monitoring system, but the company is now apparently defunct, the customer service is unreachable, and the app has been deleted, rendering the hardware useless... User beware, look elsewhere.

It worked well for a few years, but now the app says it is no longer functioning in our region, and that I should dispose of all the hardware. Support will not return my messages, nor answer the phone. It was good while it lasted, but I'm shocked and disappointed that they seem to have suddenly dropped all their customers.

Notion facture des comptes inactifs sans possibilité d'annulation ou de remboursement. Malgré plusieurs relances, aucune solution concrète n’a été proposée. Leur politique de facturation est rigide et manque totalement de transparence.

Une plateforme qui semblait prometteuse, mais leur gestion des abonnements est une vraie arnaque. À éviter si vous ne voulez pas vous retrouver bloqué avec des frais injustifiés !

No communication after order, nonexistent customer support.

Only 3 weeks, it stops working. My account is disappeared, Can't reinstall and can't find password, even if I didn't change anything. No support responds.

I lost all information on my account, so sad I used this product :(

This company was a scam and appears to be out of business. The main 800 number rings fast busy all the time. There is no more support online. You will get transferred to Zendesk.com and will be told by that Notion is no longer supported.
Very disappointing specially because this company was recommended by my former insurance carrier national sales agent for Nationwide. Stay away.

My experience with this company is similar to many others. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. FAQ trouble shooting page does not exist any longer. When you call the contact number it is always busy. I believe this is a SCAM.

Absolutely terrible company to buy from.

They have NO customer service. The phone is answered with a recording. No one returns the call. Their chat function isn't active, and emails are not responded to. It can be complicated setting up the system, and their puny FAQ's didn't address any of my difficulties. The sensors come with almost no instruction, and you can't find what you want on YouTube, either. Their website seems devoted to selling but not helping. This is a great concept but technology with no support is useless.

I wasn't aware that this company has changed hands but now that I am it's starting to make sense. They were great when I signed up, now you just get radio silence. A product without support is a paperweight, really disappointing.

Products are ok if you can find them cheaply, but the company has changed hands what appears to be multiple times & for the most part has abandoned the products. There appears to be no support available, nor any 3rd party products integrate with this system.

There was no issue with the order of extra parts, HOWEVER, the customer service is TERRIBLE! We have left multiple messages and sent emails (greeting states will return call in 24 hours). It’s been weeks so we quit trying and contacted our insurance company whom we got the product through. DO NOT SPEND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!

Excellent service, without being too invasive but offering an extra service to help manage/control things that are out of one’s control!! Highly Recommended.

My alarm went off in the middle of night for no reason. I had to delete the whole thing. My husband has dementia and it made him real paranoid that someone was in the hiuse
