Great customer services

Consistently very reliable notifications for water leaks, smoke detector alarm, security alarm and equipment alerts as well as temperature. Notion helps my smart home communicate immediately to me when an alert condition exist...direct to my cell phone. I can then check my wireless cameras and other devices for the situation when away from home.

Liked it until my front door stopped sending me texts with sound when it opens @ night. It hen I got a message that I had to buy a magnet for this to occur again. I did that, installed the magnet per instructions. I think I rec’d a sounded message one time. All the rest are silent messages.

I have the basic set used for water detection. Easy set up and works as advertised. Notion has alerted me twice to water leaking from my A/C unit. Alerts were immediate and saved us from having any significant mess. So happy these were provided by our insurance company.

All sensors worked when properly programmed. Hippo is the sponsor of the sensor program.Got to have it!

I had my Notion set up, and it was working great. I got a notification in the afternoon, then around 2 hours later, nothing. I tried to sign back in and it says it was an invalid email, and I didn't have an account. So, I resigned back up, and now it says the bridge is taken by another account. Well, NO KIDDING!! I emailed customer service and they got back to a few days later. I replied to the questions they asked me and I never heard back from them, so the customer service was worthless. Not too happy! Now I have to call in and try to figure it out.

My experience has been great. I must admit that I never heard of Notion until I switched over to Hippo Insurance some years ago. Even though I am not with them anymore, I am still loving my Notion system -- in fact, I have just expanded it!

A really useful tool (and app) for my day by day work, but I also use it in my personal life.

Didn't take long to set up. Sensors worked when in house lower level through reinforced concrete.
Took a while to work out how to position sensors for water level, flood, detection.

App showing historical temperatures at different locations in house is good.

Nice software, very easy to use.
We use it like a notebook that can be shared with anyone, and also for project management.

It was helpful to have the initial set up call. We love the idea of being more proactive in protecting our home from any adverse events!
Plus the policy price is very reasonable and the connection to an organisation who are already very supportive to their customers is reassuring.

Easy to set up, and works well. Great with notifications although the app is not available on all phones. I had to have notifications sent to my daughters phone.
