Medication helps, but getting proper support has been difficult
Mindful’s customer service has always been great — everyone I’ve interacted with has been kind, responsive, and genuinely trying to help. My challenges have mainly been with the provider side and recent Medicaid coverage changes.
My first provider never established the right baseline dosage for my ADD/ADHD medication, so I’ve been consistently under-medicated. When I switched doctors to correct it, the new provider declined to adjust the dose and suggested I find a local doctor instead, which left me stuck.
Mindful also no longer works with Medicaid, which means I now have to pay out of pocket each month for a medication that used to be covered. The medication itself helps me, but getting the proper dose and long-term support has been harder than expected. I hope Mindful can improve consistency between providers because the customer service team has been excellent.

Sign up was easy and fast. I was able to schedule a consultation and get prescriptions in a timely manner. The doctors listen to your concerns and take appropriate action to help you stay on track.

I have experienced nothing but good…
I have experienced nothing but good service with MindfulHealth since becoming a patient. My provider is responsive and professional, the service reminds me when I need to refill meds, the placing of prescription with my pharmacy is fast and painless.
This is a dramatic improvement over the clinic I came from and so this quality service has improved my entire treatment experience. I no longer stress whether I’ll go without medication, I simply request a refill in the portal and it’s taken care of. And the price is roughly the same as I was paying before, so overall a better experience and better state of mind for the same cost.
I would recommend MindfulHealth to anyone having trouble finding quality mental health services.

Effective and Caring

My experience with Mindful Health for…
My experience with Mindful Health for my ADHD treatment has been nothing short of exceptional. It is rare to find a doctor who is not only knowledgeable and professional but also genuinely caring and understanding. My provider takes the time to truly listen to my needs specifically regarding the importance of medication manufacturers and ensures I am prescribed exactly what works best for me.
The Mindful support team is absolutely incredible and their response time is really fast. This is a team that goes above and beyond to make me feel prioritized and cared for. When I had issues with the pharmacy giving me the wrong medication or causing delays the Mindful support team and my doctor stepped in immediately to resolve it and always make sure I am taken care of.

Life Changing
With Mindful Health, I was seen, heard, and made a priority from the moment I requested my first appointment.
My initial appointment was two days after I submitted my information, and my provider is kind, intelligent, patient, and efficient. The support I receive from my provider and support team is exceptional.
Whenever the pharmacy has an issue with filling my prescription, I reach out to Mindful, and their pharmacy support team finds a solution. They follow up to be sure you were able to get your medication. You don’t have to go at it alone and tolerate pharmacy angst or issues with receiving your medication.
Billing and customer service are straightforward and helpful. Anytime I reach out to Mindful Health with general questions like billing or scheduling, I get a response from the correct department within a day or two.
The monthly cost is precisely what they tell you from the start; there are no hidden fees or sudden increases. Even when I’ve needed additional support or asked a hundred questions, they don’t up-charge the monthly fee.
I’ve been with Mindful Health since 2022; their service and compassion have been life-changing for me.
