I love the Mindful program because the website is easy to use and the my ADHD specific therapist has helped me a great deal in my daily life. The psychiatrist and other providers are easy to work with.

Great service! Always available!
Dr. Earley is excellent! He has always been available and super quick in getting things done. With the hassle of shortages he offered alternatives, it was quick and eliminated my concerns.

Great platform, great support
Overall very easy to use platform. When updating pharmacies, the support team reached out to provide updates and ensure everything was set up for success.

Mindful is a great source quick results
Mindful is a great source for online therapy, especially when getting your medication. Very convenient and super fast service. If you’re always on the go, this service will work amazingly for you.

Find somewhere else, this isn’t worth it
As someone who utilizes this service to receive ADHD meds, there are no reminders for refill requests, you can only submit a refill request 3 days in advance of your meds running out and their policy is that providers respond within 3 days which often means that even if you submit your request on time, your stuck without meds for a day or more. My provider always takes the full 3 days so I’m pretty much stuck with a day with no ADHD meds each month.
The customer service is bizarre, I literally always get the same employee every single time I call. It’s never helpful, she can’t do anything because it’s all reliant on the provide so all she can do is “reach out to the provider” and she doesn’t call, she emails them. Calling customer service has never actually helped with anything. It’s also $79/ month regardless if it’s the quarterly appointment required or just them responding to a refill request. Quite pricey considering you only meet with the doc or NP once every 3 months.
They also work with a very limited number of pharmacies, making it further inconvenient.
I only use this service because my primary care provider is awful and won’t prescribe my adderall. I’ve now found a new primary and am leaving this platform.
Please find somewhere else if at all possible.

Angel is AMAZING
Angel went above and beyond for my script. This time around it was out of stock at the pharmacy. She had it resolved with in a few hours and I will be able to pick my script up with no issues. She was amazing! Thank you so much

Pretty good customer experience
Pretty good customer experience. been a using the service for years now with low maintenance, which was especially nice when switching jobs/insurance/HSA accounts.
Website's simple and easy to navigate. I have gotten a couple monthly fees comped by reps after calling on the phone too.
Last but certainty not least i think my provider is an angel. The quote/scene that might best describe my feelings towards her is from the movie step brothers where Will Ferrell's character Brennan Huff falls in love with his therapist, Denise.

Thorough and professional
My experience has been great so far. The team at Mindful is very responsive and professional - specifically Michael, he helped me figure out what pharmacies close to my home had my prescription in stock when my regular pharmacy was out for almost a month. That was a big help because it is often hard to find the time to complete tasks like this and without his help I'd probably still be waiting for my medicine.

I never went ahead with ANY treatment…
I never went ahead with ANY treatment and later came to find out that they've been charging me 80/month from my bank.. and it's no wonder that I can't find a customer service number to get that rectified.So I'll just take the loss but complete con artists. Might offer some services but theyll screw you too if youre not alert

Excellent Customer Service
I’ve been having a few issues with my insurance company, and throughout this process Tarah has been incredibly helpful. She has answered all my questions, shared additional useful information, and done it all with genuine care and empathy. She’s probably one of the reasons I haven’t given up on my ADHD journey.
