Incredible resource for dealing with ADHD that I couldn’t find anywhere else. Just tried the coaching not expecting too much and was impressed, will continue with it

Ni Ni Swe at mindful always takes forever to send refills. This service is inconsistent sent a request weds and still wasnt sent Friday. Escalated the issue doesnt seem like anything gets done. Don't see myself continuing this service.

Mindful has exceeded my expectations of a platform like this. I have been ADHD since I was a kid and have never been treated better by a doctor and everything they do from front end to back into the doctor to the sending in to the pharmacy goes smoothly every month. I would highly recommend the service

I have ADHD and they expected me to be able to sign in to a zoom meeting without any problems. There was many obstacles! Besides their help desk not working and no way to contact them I was charged 3 extra times and had not seen a Dr in 9 months on medication that wasn't right for me. I prepaid for a year and never saw a Dr. I demanded a refund and they gave me $250 which I think was the cost of a missed appointment. I'm grateful but there are reasons people miss appointments. I had to call a appointment scheduler to beg her to contact whomever so I wouldn't be charged and they still tried but I refused. They took all the money I had just because they thought I needed drugs more than I needed help. Go to a real clinic and get the help you need. It's hard for these people to care over the phone or in video meetings. I really needed help and I didn't get the right kind.

Getmindfulhealth.com is a great way to receive your medications and prescriptions in a stress free manner. Even though my medication was out of stock at my pharmacy, Micheal at Mindful Health made sure to check other pharmacies while also calling my usual pharmacy, and located my medicine, even while going through a national shortage. Thanks to Micheal, my prescription will be arriving today, he did a great job!

I have had a membership with them since their company was called done. But all of the exact same problems continue to persist as the last bad review I left. They are so bad at communication and being punctual with getting you your prescription. I have described to both my provider and their customer service dozens of times that if I have days where I don’t have my prescription it makes my tolerance go away and then when I start taking it again, it ruins my sleep schedule for a week. They do not care as long as you continue to pay them their $80 a month for nothing. I’ve lost count of how many times this exact issue has happened to me in the six years I have had a membership.

Mindful was a quick, easy, and reliable way to get the evaluation and treatment I needed. I would recommend this service to anyone in need of mental health guidance and treatment. They are very quick to respond and make the whole process as streamlined as possible.

It's an incredible platform. The medication and coaching aspect combined are the most helpful parts of my adhd management! After the initial cost, it's affordable and worth it!

I had office policy/ virtual care changes with my previous psychiatric provider that led to my search for a new provider, one that could also merge into my hectic schedule without the typical headaches and hurdles the brick and mortar office scheduling bring to the table.
I have had an amazing transition into the Mindful care team, leaving behind the monthly stress that I had in the past with my previous provider.
The initial appointment process is very easy to navigate via the website and afterwards my appointment was positive overall and every month thus far has managed to make this part of my life stress free.

Mindful has been a very user friendly way to connect with a provider to discuss questions and concerns regarding my health. My provider was thorough and took the time to answer my questions without rushing me off the call. I’m beyond pleased with the communication.

Apologies for the length of this post but i want to provide as much detail as possible.

Let me begin with outlining my history working with Done/Mindful Health (they were originally called Done but changed their name to Mindful Health). I signed up with Done just over 2 years ago. I had never been formally diagnosed with ADHD when i was younger but was fairly certain i had it. They prescribed me some medication and i was shocked to find just how well it helped me professionally. I was able to focus and work so much better, it was a tremendous help.

That massive improvement is the only reason i have remained with them to this point because the issues have been constant. Just for context, i have been on the same medication at the same dose for the entire time.

The most recent issue was finally one too many. I submitted my prescription renewal in the system as usual. Every time i signed into my portal, i received an alert that i had to make sure to meet with my provider at least once every 6 months. This was no problem, i had always done so. I had previously met with my provider in early May, this renewal was early october i would have to meet with my provider before my next renewal in november.

After not hearing anything back for 4 days, i called in to their support number to ask for an update and to confirm that the prescription was being sent to the pharmacy. It was the final day of my prescription so id probably have a day or two without my medication which, while not optimal, is standard practice for Mindful Health and something i had come to expect.

Much to my surprise, the feedback i received was that i had to meet with my provider before my prescription could be submitted. They had also taken the liberty of scheduling that appointment for me.....on 10/27 (it was 10/10, so this appointment was 2.5 weeks down the road).

At this point i was very confused, even by their low standards i assumed i must be misunderstanding something. But no, no misunderstanding.

The only explanation i received was that my provider had decided that i should meet with them before my prescription could be refilled.

There was no outreach to tell me this. They said that 2.5 weeks later was the soonest appointment they had. There was nothing that could be done.

So with no warning, no communication of any sort, i am suddenly out of my regular medication for 3+ weeks. The craziest part is that, if i hadnt called in on my own, they STILL WOULD NOT HAVE CONTACTED ME.

The funniest part? When i asked the support person when they had planned to inform me of all of this information her response was "oh, i see on your file that no one told you. Im sorry." I sat there waiting because i assumed she was going to say something else......nope, that was it.

If you are thinking of using mindfulhealth, just be aware, the expectation is that you follow up with the mindful health team at every turn. And you should expect to not have access to your medication about 1 month out of each year.

This is a company that knows you have no recourse once they take your money, theyre not going to inconvenience themselves trying to help one of their patients, when the patient could just go without medication instead.

I had a great experience with Aimee, who was incredibly quick to respond and helped me reschedule a consultation with no issues. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally — really appreciated the prompt assistance and 10/10 support! Mindful has continued to impress me throughout my 2 years of being a member, whether it be their excellent providers or their customer support team.

Website easy to use and customer service is patient and friendly. Replies are quick. I would highly recommend service.
