Very easy & simple to do

Quick & professional service for my Visa on Arrival (B1). Will definitely use their services again.

I helped my friend get their visa through this agency, and it was a great experience. The process was quick, clear, and hassle-free. I'm proud to recommend this agency to my friends. Thanks for making it so easy to get a Bali visa!

Having used other agencies before, Get Bali Visa stands out as the best in their class. The ability to discuss orders and issues directly with experienced personnel, rather than spending hours with chatbots, is a significant advantage. I highly recommend their services.

Get Bali Visa was incredibly fast! I received my visa much quicker than I expected. If you need a visa urgently, I highly recommend their service. They can arrange visas same day or the next day!

I highly recommend them for their exceptional customer service.

I used Get Bali Visa to convert my C1 visa to an E33G remote working KITAS, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Although the estimated timeline was around 3 weeks, I was pleasantly surprised to receive my visa in just 10 days — I applied on the 15th and had it by the 25th!

A big thank you to Diana, who guided me through every step with patience and clarity. She was always quick to respond and clearly explained which documents were acceptable and what needed adjusting. I really appreciated her friendly tone — at one point, when I asked what to do next, she joked, "waiting on the beach with coconut :)" — which made the process feel so much more relaxed and human.

Highly recommend Get Bali Visa for anyone navigating visa processes in Indonesia. Super efficient, professional, and genuinely nice to work with.

It was a really great experience. They communicate via WhatsApp which might seem untraditional but the correspondence is great. I got my visa with the processing time as promised. I highly recommend them!

Get Bali Visa was the easiest visa process I've ever had. I just submitted the docs on WhatsApp and they took care of everything. They even helped me figure things out when there was an Indonesian holiday and the offices were closed. Great customer service and I always get an answer or response right away. I will definitely be using them when I extend my visa and any time I come back. Also a big plus was not having to stand in line at customs for hours when I arrived. I just walked right up and was seen and passport scanned.

Very professional and efficient! I got my visa faster than expected!

The communication was very quick. Also the visa came within 5 work days. They are really helpfull on the chat.

Legit service and have used it twice over the last couple of years. Only interacted with them on WhatsApp, and they’re very responsive but you can tell different people are servicing the chat so the experience can be all over the place. Only real complaint is the price is getting very high on the second renewal by almost 2x

Fast, efficient, delivered my visa one day ahead of schedule - would recommend

really professional service and they answered any questions we had. well definitely be using them again in the future and i’ll be recommending them to any friends/family that want to come to indonesia.
