I was ignorant to the official visa fee which represented less than 20% of the fees charged by this company. Exorbitant margins for very little effort. The company was not prepared to reduce their charges and it was humiliated by being ripped off.
Go direct to the official website and do not be trapped by this company preying on stupid travellers like me.

If you do not pay attention, you pay for something you should not.
Should be reported to pertinent authorities.

Early Visa Application.
Made visa application well before our travel and were informed that it was too early for our trip. but they would process them as soon as the date window was open. True to their word, the visas were processed on the date we were advised and emailed to us that day. Overall, the process was simple and their service exemplary. It took me less than 2 min to get the VISA at the airport ! It was difficult to get it in on line because there are many fake sites
and the best option is really to get it at the airport.

This is a scam company
This is a scam company. They ask for your payment details before being transparent on the cost. After you enter them in they just charge you 4 times the amount than if you just went through immigration - $170 USD. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely disappointing
Absolutely disappointing, basically a scam. Paid $600USD for "express service" for 3 people. Got to airport where the automated gate did not accept my passport and I was told to get in the manual line (because my passport was "not working") where I then stood for 2 hours with everyone that did not even apply for eVISA. Then, 10mins before getting to the front, I asked a immigration officer to explain how my passport can "not be working". He then tried my passport at 5 gates. The "not working passport" worked at the 5th gate. Wasted $600USD and 2 hours (family had to wait for me for 2hours). Felt nothing short of scammed. And this was a government aligned service!! Want my money back!!!

My e-visa request was processed quickly, document sent is offical. I appreciated the option to request an arrival card in advance through their service (for now, I'm waiting for it to be sent 3 days before my departure).

Although most of the process was relatively straightforward, entering dates was poorly designed. The cost was never stated. I did not know what it was until my credit card verification was in process. It should be stated transparently.

I received about four Emails asking me…
I received about four Emails asking me to send copies of my passport and photo. I had already sent those. I didn't receive any communication from them and in fact I sent a couple of Emails stating I thought I had been scammed. Eventually it was sorted Now I know it wasn't a scam I would probably use them again but they should improve their communication.
