Starting from a B1, had to exit the country to renew Visa and chose to apply for a D1. I started the AI Chatbot assisted online application 2 days before exiting country & also got a direct Whatsapp contact. Support was responsive& online communication was consistent from beginning of my application until its final approval. Paid for the express option& Fladi started working on it later on the same day I left the country (that was a Friday). My visa was ready to download by the following Thursday evening - well within the 5 working days promoted for the express option. Glad everything went without hiccups. I had a great experience with Flado when applying for Indonesian tourist visas for my husband and myself. We are Sri Lankan nationals currently residing in Australia and many visa agents refused to assist us once they learned that we hold Sri Lankan passports.
