Lack of parking.
I cannot fault the staff having been treated by helpful and polite and cheerful staff. My only fault with your Huddersfield surgery is the lack of parking for disabled patients and that is the fault of Kirklees Council not your goodselves.

Six monthly check-ups
Myself and my husband visited the dental surgery yesterday for both our six monthly check-ups. Saw Mr Hassan and his assistant nurse (sorry, unable to recall her name).
Very professional service by both. Mr Hassan is very kind and respectful. Puts you at ease quickly with his calm manner and approach. Explains fully what he is doing. Thank you.

From my first phone call to Rachel, who managed to get me in within hours! I then saw Zanab, not my usual dentist and she was amazing. She was honest and straightforward. She booked me in for treatment on a Saturday morning. She was smiley and looked you in the eye when telling you how it is, which I really appreciate! Then she proceeded to deal with my issue - totally pain free and put me at ease the whole time! For a really nervous patient, she is amazing!

Visited Genix in Marske recently with toothache. I saw Naz (a locum dentist) who was brilliant - knew exactly what she was doing and spent time explaining my treatment plan in detail. Felt confident I was in good hands with her, and her dental nurses who were great. I had 2 or 3 visits to complete my treatment and follow ups and can only praise the whole team. Reception staff are all friendly and accommodating, not always an easy task when the clinic seem to be struggling to recruit permanent dentists - a country wide problem unfortunately!

Hello I’m Nicole Olivia’s mum I’m writing this review as my daughter went for two different appointments and both with the same dentist however two different assistants. My daughter is autistic and has anxiety however the dentist and both assistants were brilliant with Olivia talking through the procedure and taking care of her. They were professional and made sure Olivia felt comfortable and not scared. Due to this appointment being so easy going and the team making Olivia so calm and comfortable this has helped Olivia not be scared to come to the dentist. This was Olivia’s first ever treatment for teeth taken out.

I got an emergency appt at Genix Healthcare in Garforth and they were very helpful and from there I registered as a patient. I have had 3 appointments since then and each time I have been made to feel very comfortable. Dr Diana is a great dentist and has been very helpful in terms of creating my a treatment plan for future!

Unusual checkup
I have been with Genix for about 15 years and have generally been very satisfied with the care I received. Yesterday I was seeing a new dentist for my checkup. The inspection of my teeth took less than a minute, I was told I needed a hygienist appointment, and the filling I had in April, an amalgam, needed to be redone as a white filling at £250’ish. It left me wondering which dentist was correct?

The reception staff are very efficient and friendly greeting clients with a smile making it a relaxed environment. I was having a dreaded root canal and certainly not looking forward to it. After the initial numbing injection I felt no discomfort whatsoever and also afterwards no pain at all. Many many thanks to the exceptional dentist.

All about money unfortunately
I really wish I could give a good review,
I’ve spent a lot of money at the Market Weighton branch, I got referred by my genix dentist for a second opinion also at Genix for a tooth that my dentist wanted to watch and advise on another tooth, I was advised I needed dentures top and bottom for gum health reasons I only have 2 teeth missing at the top. But as I didn’t want anymore issues said I would get them. I got them they didn’t fit properly so got fitted again this wasn’t the problem. I wasn’t asked what sort of dentures I wanted and the different ones available to my original dentist shock, she actually said the top ones where no good and not to use them and to take it further, I’m still trying to get a refund for the top ones as advised by me usual dentist, unfortunately Genix and the dentist who told me to get them keep passing the book, so unfortunately it’s on going it’s unfair and there should be a duty of care to your patients sadly it’s all about money .
