The consoltancy and effeciency is great definitely worth the price and the staff so far have been really kind

Great so far, Megan has been a great help and has answered all my questions I would heavily recommend her

Megan was helpful, compassionate, patient and professional in our discussion and was easily and quickly able to answer any follow up questions I had via email.

James was the host for me, he was super supportive from the start and really made me feel comfortable to speak with him, really easygoing and I came out of it feeling happy and relieved.

I had an information gathering session yesterday with James Morris and I couldn’t be happier with it! He was very understanding of my situation very respectful and was an outgoing kind person! I recommend to pick James Morris for the gathering session 100% ! Thank you 😁

James was my session runner and he was absolutely amazing. He was very easy going and I didn’t feel any anxiety or pressure when answering all the necessary questions, and quelled any concerns I had with ease. He’s a lovely guy and would highly recommend seeing him for a perfect session.

If I could rate this company negative stars I would. My sister began her transition with the help on gender GP. They portray themselves to be helpful and supportive, this is up until a young person realises this was the wrong pathway for them. Gender GP supposedly cancelled her membership after countless requests for this. However, 3 times, three further times, a payment has come out of her account. This is disgusting and morally wrong. Do not chose this service as it is nothing but a black hole of lies and deception.

Meg was so lovely and supportive and helpful about sorting out my prescription. Would recommend :))

James was amazing, so helpful and supportive. He helped answer all of my questions and knew exactly what to do. I would definitely recommend a video session with him if you need anything!

I had my session with Megan Cartwright and she was very very helpful, welcoming, she made me feel very comfortable and she’s very supportive during the process of getting on hormones. She outlines costs clearly, as well as side effects and gives you any resources you need to make sure you know you’re making the best decision in terms of medication. Very lovely lady :)

I have autism and find it quite hard to talk to people and I’ve found with other medical professionals tend to shame or judge me for not quite understanding the question or over explaining. I did NOT have that issue with Megan, ever she welcomed everything I had to say even if I ended up going slightly off topic by accident. She made me feel really safe to talk about my gender which is something I find quite hard. She conducts her services really well so even when I would go off topic she was lightly nudge me in the right direction while not discouraging me from sharing my experience.

My meeting was right on time too, I had heard some people talk about their meetings going missing but mine was right on time. Highly recommend

I had a great, enlightening and comfortable counselling/meeting with James. He’s able to explain to me how the process works, and how he’ll be in touch and supportive during my journey.
I felt heard, understood and adequately informed about all the services they provide for me as a patient. I have felt very comfortable sharing my situation, feelings and thoughts with James, throughout the whole conversation!

Been using for a year and no support, awful quality help when you do get it but usually youre just ignored. £30 subscription fee for a chatbot because you have to pay for a 5min chat. Theres no email or phone number to contact about any issues. Website has no where near enough information about the things youre paying for so you end up wasting money on the wrong things. And the website only caters to new members. No return log in, no saved information, no nothing. ridiculous pricing for nothing in return.
