service is too expensive, and has been getting worse overtime. recently with their hub update its become a nightmare to do anything and lack of support for help. there arent any links to find help/support on the new hub website.
edit: they also added AI features, absolutely vile company

New to gender GP - Wow what an amazing service and great community! Beyond thrilled with my service.

James Morris - A Health Advisor Helped me thoroughly and was very helpful, thoughtful and kind he really explained everything to me, he went above and beyond listening to me and explaining how to use the Hub which you can access on GenderPG.com James settled my nerves from the beginning and helped me feel a real sense of satisfaction when leaving the appointment.

I highly recommend anyone thinking to start GenderGP really consider it, and request James Morris for a chat.

These people profit off confused and traumatised people. The Webberleys are not licensed doctors, they are selling dangerous snake oil.

PLEASE do your research before you do anything ask why the main doctor had his licence withdrawn and they were in High Court. Don't put your children at irreversible risk. How they even allowed to operate if they had been strike off from company house find they link ?

I have not long started with genderGP however I have had my consultation and received my prescription. My experience so far has been great, the consultation with Meg really helped me to fully understand what the process and know the timeframe for everything, there was plenty of chance to ask questions and she was really descriptive with all of the effects and everything of taking testosterone. There is clear support on the website, and so far for me the payments have been easy and, although expensive, very worth it for the short waiting period.

felt really welcomed by megan she was super understanding and actually listens to what your saying and calms your nerves on any problems or questions you might have 🙏 on the other hand i really dont like how ai centered the whole site is. the ai hardly ever helps and whenever you want to speak to a human it usually takes days until you get a reply. i dont think ai is good on a private clinic site especially where medications and prescriptions get involved

EXTREMELY AWESOME!!! Was super nervous and run down with messing up my journey abit and thankfully GenderGP and James Morris has been extremely helpful and also delightful to organise and talk with to get on the right steps again to continue my transition and not feel alone through it :D I feel so much better after this call with him and at peace knowing everything and my account is all sorted because of this and the technical side is much less scary to me now :D thank you so much James and the rest of the GenderGP people on board :D I hope you all have a great and colourful weekend :D

James was fantastic with my meeting today. He was very accepting and although he had to ask some questions that delved into my past, he was sensitive about them and supportive throughout. Through the meeting I was able to clear any anxieties I had about starting feminisation HRT and it's made me incredibly excited to start, and be who I am.

Meg was so lovely and professional as one would expect but she was also so down to earth in her approach which filled me with confidence and made me feel like I was talking to a friend.

I had my meeting with Megan Cartwright, she was very helpful made sure I knew everything that would happen going forward and explained the answers to my questions in detail

Megan was the person hosted the session. It was very thorough and she was so kind and understanding. It was an overall amazing consultation and she was brilliant.

Mr James Morris was very helpful and informative. He was able to offer my son assistance on his transitioning.

Everything about gendergp is awesome at least from my experience. The sessions are very safe and secure, and you feel so supported and I felt I could talk about anything however small or silly it may seem.

My worries ane concerns was handled amazingly, and Megan was such a great person. Megan helped me with all my questions and concerns I had, and you was always informed on updates, even if it took a tiny bit longer for a reply, which is understandable as I can imagine they have a busy schedule.

Overall very great experience overall and very happy with how amazing the team is, and how safe and supported I felt with my interactions!

Everything is explained clearly, very easy to understand and the staff are very polite, understanding and non-judgmental

I was confused at first when looking for treatment options other than the NHS with their waiting times, but gendergp made the process quite painless and a meeting with James explained everything in great detail

I sought hormone treatment at Gender GP because I couldn't get treatment in my own country and so far it's only been a positive experience.
I had a consultation/assessment call with James, who made me feel comfortable and in control of my treatment plan.
Everything I was unsure of was explained to me and I could ask questions.

Excellent follow-up session with Meg who I have seen before. We chatted away about all aspects of my transition. Was given great advice on getting the best results from my estrogen intake which I will take. We also set future goals, I'm now booked in for my first laser hair removal session. Invited to keep in touch with Meg about my progress via email between now and my next follow-up session. Came away glowing, feeling excited for the future ✨️
