My advisor was Meg. She was empathetic, helpful and knowledgeable. She answered my questions and offered various options to ease my concerns. In regards to GenderGP itself, finding this service has provided me with real hope that my transition will proceed and that I will get the treatment I need.

Absolutely amazing service, really easy to feel comfortable and understood!

My experience with Megan has been phenomenal , it’s been such an easy and fast , never expected the turn around to be so quick , I was on hormones just under a week of signing up , the website can do with a couple of tweak to make things a little easier and to provide those who sign up with free contact consultations , but has been a pretty easy process with the help of Megan , so personal thanks to Megan

The consultant was very lovely she had an understanding no matter what I threw her way and helped give me information and also learn things I didn’t know about myself until hearing it in a new perspective

I was really nervous before my appointment but meg made me feel so comfortable and reassured in my feelings and transition :) really lovely people!

I was really nervous before and during the video call but Rachel was very patient, kind and considerate, even when I was struggling to understand some questions or when I was struggling to respond. I felt safe and welcome throughout the whole call. It was a very lovely experience overall.

I was so nervous but Janice was so lovely and put me right at ease. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time and I appreciated all the safe guarding questions as well

I had my information gathering session with Janice Griffiths. She was incredibly lovely, very friendly and informative. She gave me a run down of the process and procedures which is easy to comprehend. Overall a very lovely experience, thank you.

Absolutely could not recommend it enough. Excellent people doing great work in a timely manner! I spoke to James Morris, and he talked me through everything and answered any of my questions, great guy. 5 stars!

Thoughtful, understanding and great to talk to

I was quite nervous when first starting the meeting but as James went through it, it really helped me to stay calm, he was very helpful and kind throughout the whole session, overall a great experience.

The session was great - the host was kind, caring and understanding, and asked the right questions to make sure everything was covered.

It would help if the next steps before starting hormones were explained more clearly and the session could feel more personalized by knowing the exact hormones and formats I'll be using.

Made me feel heard, listened to me, sounds like they want to help.

Today I had my information gathering meeting with Rachel Mae. Initially I was full of mixed emotions, anxious, nervous and excited about the next step of my journey. Rachel, was extremely professional and put me right at ease.

Some questions had to be asked, and although my history as many painful moments, Rachel was extremely empathetic. Rachel also proved knowledgeable and made sure it there was anything I need to know, ask.

I felt the meeting wasn't rushed and went at a comfortable pace.

It this is an indication of how it's going to be under the care of GenderGP, I'm hopeful for my journey with them.

It has been six weeks and I never received my medication. Even with an active subscription. Incredibly poor communication at it's best.

i just had my GIS litch 10 mins ago, i was so scared when joining, not kidding i was doing deep breaths,
megan joined and she was very patient, kind, and soft spoken. she made me comfortable. overall session was 10/10, someone give her a payrise.

Had an absolutely amazing experience when talking with Janice Griffiths in taking the next steps with my transition. They was very friendly, very patient, and I felt very safe and supported and felt I could talk about anything. It felt like a Completely non-judgemental environment, and she was so lovely to talk with. I dont usually leave reviews anywhere but I am very happy, and satisfied having spoken to them, and discussing through everything. 😊

GenderGP have provided a wonderful service!

Upon signing up, they quickly arranged for me to have an online consultation. Mine was with Meg, who was very thorough in assessing my situation in an affirming and reassuring manner.

Following this, it was arranged for me to start receiving a HRT prescription in the mail, all within a week of my initial signing up!

10/10 would recommend GenderGP to anyone else wishing to transition.
