Still no ring
I ordered a ring for my daughter almost 3 weeks ago. I got an email acknowledging the order. Then an email saying it wasn’t made right and they were re making it. Then nothing, no updates, no shipping confirmation. I emailed them but have not heard back.

Misleading Shipping Time
I paid for FedEx Expedited 2 to 3 day shipping just to find out 2 days later it's being shipped internationally and FedEx hasn't even received the package yet. I spent all this money just for my girlfriend's birthday to be ruined. This is awful.

Disappointing Quality Control
I was disappointed to learn that my order would be delayed due to quality issues especially since it was a gift for my daughter who was going to be in town when I received it. I appreciate that quality was looked at but when I finally did receive it, apparently quality control wasn't part of the process -- it arrived with the star backwards on the chain and the moon facing the other way. So quality control is suspect and I'm extremely upset that her birthday gift (and moment) was ruined.

The necklace its self is absolutely beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for. I saw a friend wearing one and I had to have one. The only thing keeping me from giving this 5 stars is the shipping. The box was sent in a fedex shipping envelope and was completely smashed when I received it. Luckily it was not a gift and the necklace was fine. But the original box it damaged. You might consider shipping in a box going forward.

Quality control issue was addressed ASAP
Updating my review based on experience: I had issues with one of the pendants.. My concerns were addressed within 24 hrs of mailing the team my concerns. They were ready to replace or return the item and was ready to take necessary action to meet customer satisfaction.. Also the 2nd pendant I had which has no issues is adorable..

I had the most awful experience with…
I had the most awful experience with gelin diamond. The charm i got was damaged twice within 3 months. They offered to replaced it and the new one got damaged again immediately. The customer service agent on the phone instead of helping and listening was screaming all the time. I never, never had such a terrible and stressful experience with a representative before. Dont ever want to hear from gelin diamond again.

During the call, our representative spent time reviewing the order details and explaining where and how the refund was processed, including sharing a payment system screenshot to provide transparency. At no point was our intention to raise our voice or dismiss your concerns, and we regret if the explanation came across as frustrating.
In good faith, and to resolve the matter amicably, we went beyond our standard policy by issuing a partial refund and providing a discount coupon so you could select a different item. The refund was processed to the original payment method used at checkout, which is handled automatically by the payment provider and cannot be altered by us.
We understand how disappointing repeated issues can be, and while we’re sorry this experience didn’t meet your expectations, we did our best to offer fair solutions and support throughout the process.
Crooked clasp
Really wanted to give this necklace and my charm a 5 star review but not only was it late for “quality” reasons but it’s arrived and the clasp has a defect. Yes it’s wearable but the clasp doesn’t completely close unless I push the little pin portion into the right potion. Which is sad because this isn’t a cheap necklace and took a bit to arrive.

Are you kidding me? I can’t believe you’d want my opinion on Gelin Diamond! They screwed me out of almost $1,000 and shredded my excitement about buying my sister a beautiful gift for a special birthday. My order is stuck somewhere in TURKEY and all they can say is, “Don’t worry.”
