Emerald dream
I purchased a beautiful emerald band in Pink Gold. It was just what I imagined it would be. There was a delay and the company kept on top of it with prompt notifications.

Superior Customer Service
I purchased a small diamond cross necklace that arrived beautifully packaged. I loved the diamond cross but didn’t love the super delicate chain. The chain was appropriate for the piece as far as circumstance and length (you have choices on length). Since the cross is small and the chain so delicate it did not wear well. It stuck to my skin and caused the cross to flip. I contacted Gelin to see if they could swap the chain but unfortunately they are not able to customize. They suggested I return the item. They emailed me a return label and promptly refunded my credit card. Very professional and customer friendly service. I would highly recommend! Sad it didn’t work out for me.

The butterfly diamond bracelet I received was very poor quality and came with a knot in the bracelet chain making it unwearable. I reached out to customer service per the company’s request and provided photos as I would like to return/exchange it. However I have received no response.

We’re sorry for the frustration this caused. At the time the cancellation request was received, the order had already been processed and shipped, so we were unable to stop the shipment.
To make this right, we provided a prepaid return label so the item can be sent back to us for a full refund. Once the return is on the way, the refund is promptly issued. Please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you through the return.

It was a lot smaller than expected. It was for my 18 year old granddaughter for her birthday. I had to go to a jewelry store to buy her something else. It looked lost on my chain I was also giving her.

I still havent received my product and then they send me an email and say it did not pass their quality checkpoint. BS, it was just out of stock. They didnt have any trouble taking my money though.

Great quality
Great quality! Solid gold.
I wanted a small cross and dainty. I found it and I’m very pleased with my purchase.
My only concern the chain is thin. I’m going to be very careful not to sleep in it or take a shower with it on.
On the bright side they do have 2 year warranty.

They took Care of me
It took a while for me to receive my product because it was lost in transit- I finally did receive it and since there was so much time between delivery's and to make me happy the company gave me a full refund and I got to keep the item- They really went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied - and I finally am- Thank You Gelin for taking care of the issue.
