I ordered this red ceramic charm heart pendant on March 14, 2026.
The tracking says that the label has been created but it has not shipped.
The item is still in Turkey.
How can I rate it when I have not received it and have not received any updates about it.

Now I get this message from you asking me what went wrong now.
I ordered this as a birthday present for a relative.
I could have ordered and bought something made in the USA but I saw your pendant and was interested.
Obviously you are not as interested in me to send this promptly
If I do not hear from you today that it is indeed shipped I will contact my financial institution and report you as fraud.
I’ve seen this before and have recently been teased for about two month
The item never came and I was scammed.

Tiny, but good quality
The earrings were so small when I received them compared to the images online. Good quality, but you cannot tell that they have crosses on the hoops because the earring is so small.
