GD Property Solicitors Anmeldelser

We recently bought our house with the help of Jeiyi, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better solicitor. She was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process — professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. From start to finish, she went above and beyond our expectations. She was always quick to respond, explained everything clearly, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward.
Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care really stood out. We felt completely supported every step of the way and knew we were in the best hands. Thank you so much, Jeiyi, for all your hard work and dedication — you made the whole experience a positive and memorable one!

Great help from Hosai Sadiq for the purchase of my first property. Would recommend x

Hosai Sadiq was our representative at GD Legal.
She was very efficient, courteous, professional and available for any enquiry.
Hosai made the process accessible and virtually stress free ensuring we were kept up to date and informed at each juncture.
I highly recommend Hosai and the company she works for.

Jieyi provided great customer service and made buying our new home straight forward and efficient. We weren't hassled with unnecessary information or pestered. Would 100% recommend to people looking for a solicitor when buying a property.

Amy Konig was great to work with - she was accessible, helpful and provided clear advice in a very ‘human’ way. We appreciated her professionalism and care.

Jieyi provided a fast and efficient service. She responded quickly to any queries and made the whole process smooth and painless

Abdul Iqbal was excellent. He kept us informed all through the process and tried to speed things along. He was always polite and pleasant to talk to no matter how many times we bothered him. I would highly recommend him.
The buying was handled by three other solicitors and because it was three different people during the process this was not as efficient. The new solicitor didn’t always seem to be aware of where the previous one had got to.
Thank you Abdul you made the process far less stressful for us.

AVOID
Honestly the worst experience I have ever had with solicitors and so so disappointing. Was promised a quick sale, it ended up taking a year to complete, I had 4 different solicitors during the sale, all taking multiple holidays leaving and sometimes no answers to anything even after a month of chasing, No way to speak to them on the phone either, so as a client you are powerless to the time it takes and completely left in the dark, takes bad solicitors to a new level, total jokes

As I used GD to sell my property, I used them to purchase my next property. Thankfully, as can be the case with buying a house, things aren't straightforward. Fortunately I had Jaya dealing with my case again, and I had regular updates as to any changes, with assurances given. I also felt that I was able to speak to GD, whereas other solicitors this may not necessarily be the case. It really helps as it was only the second house I've bought, so often needed guidance on certain aspects of the process. I would recommend them to anyone

Amy K was an excellent case handler who explained the process clearly and concisely. I have no complaints and would highly recommend her services.

After dealing with slow, unresponsive solicitors for 2.5 years sorting out wills and properties, GD were a breath of fresh air. I had Shahla as my solicitor and she made me feel like she was putting in the effort to get our house purchase over the line as fast as possible. It was nice that at times Shahla was chasing me up for things rather than the other way round. All in all a professional experience and would recommend.

I recently bought my house through GD Legal. Amy did a great job from beginning to end, ensuring a smooth exchange and completion. She was very responsive and thorough.

Hosai has been such a great help for me.
Sold my first house and within 9 weeks I have received the money.
I will recommend Hosai all life!!!!
She has been an absolute angel!

Excellent service at a very competitive price.

Amy Koning was amazing and kept us fully informed and updated on our house sale. When she was out of the office on summer vacation there was continuity and good communication from Shahla Hussain, who was also excellent.

A very well run firm of solicitors.

Highly recommended.

Excellent
Guidance throughout the put

I can highly recommend GD property solicitors, especially Amy Konig. We were selling our late parent’s house, which of course is a very stressful situation. Amy was so helpful and guided us through every step to successful completion. I would definitely recommend Amy to anyone. 10/10

Excellent service from beginning to end . Cheapest quote we had which made me question why so cheap in comparison however Khurram Khan & team made this the easiest most fluid transaction . Always available to answer any questions . Re assurances when required . Can not fault and would definitely use again & recommend. Thank you for making what is a very stressful process easy and pleasant .

Shahla assistance was great throughout the whole journey to buy new home. She has chased up all enquiries on time and was a step ahead other part solicitors. great experience. thanks 👍🙏

Our first impressions of this firm was fantastic. The level of care, attention to detail and customer service delivered by Lewis Rabbani was the reason we chose to go with GD Legal as FTBs. Due to some unforeseen circumstances our Solicitor was changed during the final stages of our purchase which caused us panic and concern on whether we would complete in time. Amy Konig took over our file and she was incredible. Under very short notice she was able to fast tack some further enquiries and exchange contracts so that we could keep our completion date. She worked very well under time restriction, had very good communication, and dealt with everything with grace. Her professionalism and ability to adapt to changes so seamlessly is the reason I’d recommend her. Thanks Amy! You truly made our FTB experience as stress-free as possible.
