Used a couple of times as they advertised they had sock when others did not, but each time there has been some sort of problem: stock actually being available, missing items from order, taking credit card details for pre-orders actually selling me the items. I'll be avoid in the future.

I will be collecting my parcel on Wednesday. The service is very good and helpful.

Good stock levels and fulfilled a varied order. Items all arrived well packed in a couple of days.

Hi, I received my order today, Wednesday 13 May after ordering on the on the 7th. I was very impressed by the fact that although you couldn1t supply the part I requested for my class 47 you took time to search out a compatible part off another loco.

I dont like giving bad reviews but i feel this is necessary for other customers thinking of visiting the shop. I paid a visit to their shop this afternoon to spend some of my well earned money. I see a wagon i want, i checked the price on the label and decide i want to buy it. Now this is where they have lost a future customer. The label on the shelf stated one price and at the till another, i informed the quite frankly cockey sales assistant of the the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, for which he informed me that i was wrong. I suggest that all staff be given relevant training, improve their customer service and promptly update shelf prices when changed. I have attached some photos one of the receipt and one of the label that was on shelf. Yes the amount is minimal but its not the point and for this reason i will take my money else where ps you will find the proof photos on my google reveiw

It was a pleasure to order from gaugemasters as I used to order from them many years ago. The best thing was that it was still trading after all those years after so many have failed.
So it was nice to know that I can still order from them they are a fabulous company. Thank you so much and hope that I will be able to purchase many more of your products now that I am retired.
