Shane Grimes came to install our new garage door. He was punctual and very professional. Shane did a great job with a friendly approach and went through all the functions of the door. I am very happy with the service and door provided.

Great Service from start to finish, kept informed all the way through and very well fitted by Jack Baty he couldn’t be more helpful . The door is very well made and the remote controllers and control panel easy to use.

The installer Chris Hammett was kind courteous and professional. After installation the area of work was fully cleaned and cleared away. We are very pleased with this addition to the house.

Engineer Simon arrived on time, explained the installation process and finished well within the time frame quoted. Very neat worker, all packaging and old door removed from site .Explained the contents of the user manual and demonstrated the features of door. Very pleased with new door

From the initial survey to the installation, we have been kept informed of the order progress, questions we raised were fully answered.
The actual installation was a quick efficient process.
All in all a ten out of ten transaction.

I have previously posted a review about how bad this company is. Garolla offers a 5 year parts and 2 year labour warranty. Our door was installed in Sept 2024 and so we are well within warranty. This is their response by email when I tried to log an issue:

Thank you for contacting Garolla. This how now been sent to our scheduling team to book you in with an engineer so we are able to repair the fault. Once this is booked, it will be confirmed to you via email.

As you are outside warranty, this will be £125 for the call out visit with parts on top if needed.

Our new garage door looks amazing. The engineer, Luke, was super-efficient, extremely conscientious, tidy and polite; a real credit to the company. I highly recommend Garolla.
