New garage door fitted on 9th April and working correctly as shown by the engineer.
Used door next day on the 10th April and it has failed.
Logged a case and a week later not even a date for engineer to come and repair.
No urgency to get what is a brand new door repaired so one wonders what " warranty " will consist of in a year or 2's time.

Door installed by Dan Nichols for Garolla. What a great guy. He went that extra mile as spec changed slightly. To say we’re pleased with the door and especially the service is a an understatement. Great price too. Thanks again Dan. Much appreciated pal.

Great service and installation

From starting to build the door on the web site, to the site survey, to the installation, it was just an frictionless process, but more importantly the Black Titan door is great, looks good and operates well. Also saved a bunch of space in the garage. I added myself the Meross smart garage door opener to use through an app which was easy too. Definitely recommend.

Fast and prompt service fitter was great good at his job. Price was well cheap

I was very impressed with the two workers who were very efficient and friendly.They cleaned up very well and took the old door away with all the rubbish and left all the garage very clean.

Paul worrell visited today to repair our door . Great service and repair . Helpful really great communication from him.

What a credit to the company, these guys turned up , set up & away they went . So professional in every detail from fitting to finishing. Nothing was too much trouble for them . It's difficult to find trades people with their work ethics nowadays, credit where credit is due.

Garage door was fitted in a professional and timely manner but sealing of the surround and door threshold strip was a bit hit and miss. First rain shower and water is leaking into the garage via the threshold strip.

The guys appeared on time, got on with the job, were friendly and approachable and explained exactly how to operate once installed .First class service from Jamie Irvine,Brian Hill and Andrew Gillan

The mother in law needed a new garage door as she couldnt manage the old up and over one. I saw the
advert on tv, So i contacted Garolla and arranged a visit, the gentleman arrived on the date set and gave the quote, i was so impressed by the price and quality i also ordered one. They kept us updated all the time and on the date given for fitting Jack arrived and got on with the job it was carried out very profesionaly and on completion he gave us a explanation of how to use it, I particualy like the added touch of the opener linked to the system which means we can open / close the door from our kitchen. Based on our experience we would highly recommend them

Once an appointment had been made which took a little bit of time, the service was great.

Paul communicated when he would arrive and messaged a rough time.

He was very pleasant, explained the issue with the garage door and the issue with the original fitting. Once he had rectified the issue everything works fine. Work was of a high standard.

Ryan Salamino & Dominic Woodstock fitted our garage door & they were excellent!
We’ve given 5 stars for these guys but we are a little disappointed:-
We repeatedly checked with the surveyor that the door was going to be navy and the trim white. I had the brochure from him & pointed saying “exactly like that” & he agreed..
However the door was fitted without white trim outside as per the brochure. Love the door but it looks a little unfinished against the brickwork..

Poor quality installation (blown brick on garage and trims missing on door). Customer Services unhelpful and despite apologetic emails and promises, still zero resolution weeks later.
