I wrote to Gaomon (the email is service[at]gaomon.net ) as I had questions about my display tablet.
The Customer Service was very attentive ,polite and efficient in responding to me.I'm highly satisfied and can only recommend to buy their products.
To accelerate the process you must prepare the S/N (serial number) at the back of your tablet.
Not only their tablet are great but we can say the the same !of their assistance !

Googled their support email and scrolled down a bit on their to find it. Got initial response in the same day which was crazy. I emailed late at night. Customer service was really nice and helpful.

The GAOMON team responded promptly to my ticket and after a quick firmware update everything was solved. I am very satisfied with the support service I received.

Gaomon as a company has so far been an amazing experience, one I cannot recommend enough! Their support is very quick to respond to ticket requests, and very dedicated to helping their customers. I had an item damaged in transit, no fault of their own mind you, and they sent out a replacement within a day at no extra charge. I greatly appreciate the company and their staff!

And as someone who has owned a few of their products for going on a couple years now, their quality is amazing. My pen display (the PD2200) has held up with no complaints from me, I love it to bits! The battery free pen was an absolute plus for me in that regard, too.

Very fast and helpful and nice customer service with a quick response throughout the day, it was an delightful experience and amazing product.

I am personally very satisfied with this brand of drawing board. First of all, its appearance and functions meet my personal requirements. The price is also very reasonable. The brush strokes are also very smooth. The lack of color difference is also very good. I have had it for nearly 4 years, and overall it has no shortcomings. It is an almost perfect drawing tablet!

I've had a fantastic experience with my Gaomon tablet. When I encountered an issue with my recently purchased Gaomon PD2200 from Shopee Ph, I reached out to their tech support team via their website (gaomon dot net). I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming, responsive and supportive the staff was, to the point where I completely forgot about my frustration. Their quick assistance via chat and email (service @ gaomon dot net) led to an immediate replacement, it is honestly one of the best customer service I've experienced from any company. The cutsomer care was outstanding and thoroughly reassuring. Owning multiple Gaomon tablets, I feel confident in purchasing again because I feel secure knowing that their customer support is absolutely top-notch.

I recenlty got a gaomon after so much hesitation, at first i was scared that, since the brand is new, i might find problems contacting support but when i did need help, i got my answer right away! The support is so kind and helpful, very responsive too!

Gaomon is a great graphics tablet company, everything came to me very quickly and the tablet seems very convenient and comfortable to me. My pen broke, but I found a piece of paper in the zip bag that was in the tablet box, where it was written about their support. I wrote to that mail. A very nice person helped me for a long time. This person said that the pen could no longer be repaired, so he/she applied for a replacement pen. After a couple of days, the pen arrived and everything works. I really liked the way this person served me. But there is only one small minus. It's that they don't work on weekends...

I bought a refurb tablet and it's really nice for a great price :] I couldn't find anything that showed it was refurbished at all (aside from the cleaning cloth being missing, but I didn't mind that)

I had some problems setting it up at first (it's a bit complicated but if you follow the instructions closely you should be fine), so I shot out an email and got a reply really quickly that fixed the problem :)

I've bought Gaomon PD1220 and I simply love it. I've had a problem with a cable and asked help to the assistance team, the girl who've helped me is kind and sweet and, despite being on vacation, she's always answered me quickly till the solution. I highly recommend it.

Excellent customer service when solving a technical problem. Ciyea Zhang had an amazing performance, really a professional worker!!

I was having technical difficulties setting up my new Gaomon pen. Tablet works great, but I was doing something wrong getting the driver installed. I submitted a support ticket at gaomon.net and got fast and very clear direction on how to fix the problem. It was great to have a live person available and very responsive. Everything works great now!

The product came quite fast delivered. Sadly my pen was brocken when I first unpacked it, so I reached out to the customer support. The support was very fast and kind to help me further. They also let me know some solutions and how to make sure if the pen is brocken. After that I managed to get a replacement for the pen with the help of the support. No issues with the support at all and very kind. Can't say it often enough. Simple issue, simple solution. Appreciate this brand for the nice support.

All that i did is that i created a ticket on their site(service gaomon.net) and they contacted within 3-4 hours and then continued to rapidly reply my mails and i also sent a video of the defect and magic happened I got a new tablet...So Awesome

My Gaomon didn't worked properly on my phone, I asked for help at the support team and they gave me the solution at my problem in no time, and all I had to do was also easy and quick.

I like their product,

But their online selling platform is quite bad, impossible to change your order once submitted without contacting them!

Spent 30$ without getting anything because I couldn't change my address in time, and customer service only offered a 40% discount for next order.
