While the first tablet purchased was faulty, GAOMON's customer service was on it right away. Within a week I received a working tablet.

If nothing else, GAOMON's support is top notch, and the tablets are great for the price.

The service was clear, helpful and fast, I had some problems and they help me in just a few hours by their e-mail.

I felt super comfortable with the person I was talking to, also, they replied super fast and gave me a solution in less than 24hs to my issue.

Customer service representative was very responsive, and understanding. Patiently guided me step by step through the troubleshooting progress for my broken tablet. They got back to me as quickly as they could, and I felt like I was a truly valued customer while speaking to them. Cusomer service can be found by emailing "service(at)gaomon(dot)net" for anyone else having issues.

Really fast replies which are clear and concise. Fixed my issue 2 days within sending in a ticket. The emails also had a "human" tone to them which is a nice addition when it comes to things like this. The tablet itself is also a steal compared to other competitors in the market.

The Gaomon customer support team made careful steps the team made to ensure there really had been an issue with my tablet product and had appropriate measures taken to test it to locate a problem. When it had indeed been BROKEN they were able to have a new one sent to me for a doable price.

Overall my experience had been amazing, and I was always happy to see a response to my ticket and have it all sorted out, this team really puts in effort to sort out problems their customers face and I personally really appreciate that ^^

Couldn't find the driver for my tablet wich is more than 5 years old.
The customer support answer to my mail by the day with and sent me the driver I needed.
My MK10 now works perfectly on my computer.

I bought a Gaomon S630 graphics tablet some time ago. It is a product in the lower price segment (The manufacturer wants to place the tablet on the market, which is why it is always available at special prices), but it can nevertheless keep up with other products.

The tablet was intended as a replacement and had been lying "idle" in the cupboard for some time. When I needed it, I realised that the pen was probably defective (the tablet reacted to the pen even when it was a few centimetres above the surface, which indicates a defective sensor).

I then contacted the manufacturer's support. (support.gaomon.net) To be honest, I didn't expect any support at all due to my one-sided experiences with various manufacturers. (And had already ordered a second S630 to stay fit for work), which I was finally able to try out*.

*(Incidentally, the price-performance ratio is absolutely right here - pressure sensitivity and accuracy are excellent, the 4 function keys can be freely assigned. You have to be careful with the pen, but that applies to all graphics tablets).

But then I was very surprised at how courteously my enquiry was dealt with.

The support team was able to clearly identify the product and the purchase after exchanging some data.

After it was clarified that the pen had been delivered defective, I was sent a replacement. I was happy to pay the postage, which was incurred because more than 30 days had already passed since the purchase.

The support was very accommodating, always friendly and - what I particularly liked - always told me exactly what the next step would be and, above all, when there would be a delay in the next answer. By no means a given. Awesome.

I admit that I didn't initially consider purchasing higher quality devices from this brand - but I'm reconsidering now.

The brand may still be relatively new on the market, but it wants to establish itself and makes no compromises when it comes to customer support and product development (the S630 has been continually developed since my first purchase).

Gaomon helped me with a product I bought from a third party seller and helped me realize that seller had given me the wrong parts even though it wasn't Gaomon's fault in the least. They had EXCELLENT customer service and that's something coming from me. I'm kinda hard to please some times. I found their customer service via their blog on their website and contacted them via email. They saved me a bundle helping me realize why my tablet wasn't working. Amazing service and it just won them a repeat customer.

The tablets are great, and the customer service are very friendly and do their best to fix problems in a speedy manner. i wish they had been a bit more transparent about a replacement fee, but maybe it was something i had overlooked. much rather a small replacement fee than buying the whole product again
