When I purchased the tablet from Gaomon I noticed that the scroll wheel was having issues. Of course I wrote support and I got my money refunded in an easy to understand and straightforward process. Plus the support was very nice and helpful.

I bought a drawing tablet from Gaomon over 6 and a half years ago now and it still works as good as the day I bought it! While the model I purchased is no longer available for sale, when I had a minor software issue customer support was extremely helpful in helping me fix it and very responsive!

they are kind and respond quick. every time I have contacted support over the years I have been satisfied. they seem to genuinely care about their products and customers. and I like that I am talking to a real human and not some ai robot that won't help me.

I'm extremely satisfied with your support service. However, I have one suggestion: please consider starting a dedicated service centre in India. It would help many users here get faster assistance when needed.

I had the wrong cords when I purchased my Gaomon tablet , luckily the customer support went above and beyond to help me not only help me when my problem, send me new cords but also check in with me to see if those new cords worked. I will be purchasing from here again !!

After I had received the GAOMON M106K Graphics Tablet, the Pen didn't work and neither charged. So, I contacted the support.

The support answered quickly (a lot faster than I did), I answered their questions and sent them a short video of the pen not working. They quickly sent a full replacement!

They also answered additional questions, related to similar products, etc.

Very friendly, helpful and fast.

The driver installation wasn't working properly, so I had to contact support. The response was very quick, and after a detailed discussion about my problem, I was given a specific procedure. The problem was resolved in less than 24 hours.

You guys were great, didn’t ask to many unnecessary questions, only tried to get to the bottom of the situation and fix the problem, appreciated the service cause it didn’t feel like I was being interrogated either. And y’all were understanding aswell.

The service has been excellent and ongoing, and I am looking forward to the completion of the support soon.
