I ordered The Last of Us Part II on May 4th, and as of May 12th, the order still hasn’t been dispatched. I’ve sent multiple emails, tried calling (the number doesn’t seem to work), and even reached out via Facebook, but I haven’t received any response.

I understand delays can happen, but the complete lack of communication has been very disappointing. If I don’t hear back soon, I may need to return the item once it arrives. Hoping for a resolution soon.

I ordered a game, which never turned up and all emails asking for an update have been ignored. Also the phone number listed on the website is no longer active. Had to get a refund through Paypal. DO NOT USE!

Hello, why has my order, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, not been shipped for over a week? You are not answering my 5 emails? What's going on? Are you closed? Please ship my order today, because I can't wait anymore. This order contains a Birthday gift! If you can't ship the order, why aren't you answering my emails? I need this game badly - while you haven't sent it to me, it's already out of stock in other stores. If you don't have this game and can't ship it, please refund it. But shipping is prefarable

Pre Ordered a game (Fatal Fury City Of the Wolves) for Thursday the 24th of April. It is now the 29th and I still don’t know what’s going on. I was told on Thursday by the seller that he would try getting an update on my order within the next 24 hours. It has now been over 100 hours since then and I have received no update. I have been emailing them continuously but haven’t heard a whisper. Pls avoid this company like the plague. Communication is non existent.

As a first-time customer, I had high hopes for a smooth experience, but I am disappointed that the ps5 controller I ordered on the 1st April has still not been delivered. I have already sent two emails, spaced 48 hours apart, but have not received any response or update regarding the status of my order. This lack of communication is very concerning.

Ordered a preorder well in advance, only found out the day before launch that it wouldn't be dispatched till the day of launch with the expectation of arriving the day after. I only got this info because I chased it up. While I recognise that this may have been due to factors beyond the shops control I still would have liked to be informed earlier there was an issue. I would have given 4 stars but my copy wasn't dispatched till the evening of launch day and didn't register with royal mail till after 8pm meaning there was 0 chance of it arriving next day so it actually arrived 2 days after launch. I was impressed by the quick email communication and would try again with a non-preorder item.

Edit: You've misunderstood which customer you are responding too. This was my first order with yourselves and I haven't emailed about compensation. So i'm honestly startled by the end of your reply. i'm sorry if you felt my review was unfair I thought that my willingness to try using you again showed there was no hard feelings.

Not happy, pre ordered a game back in February for release date 6th/3/25, well we are on the 6th and the game had not even been dispatched.
They have no social media sites to get in touch only a email (emailed and no reply yet) & phone number (not calling as signal where I live is non existent)
Wish I had stuck with my usual retailers.

Ordered a product days ago without any confirmation so I’ve had to buy from a different company and already got the product that same day without any issues so now I need to cancel my order with you and you will not answer calls and email says it’s invalid so I can’t even send an email. Rubbish

Partner ordered me a ps5 camo controller back in December 2 weeks went by contacted them said its delayed due to stock shortage with Sony that was nearly 2 month ago they took her money but haven't sent goods and now it's on a sale I've contacted trading standards shocking

Wonderful, even gave me a free dying light 2 drawstring bag which I thought was cool from them.

Very disappointing. I pre-ordered an item on 28 Jan due for release on 4 Feb. I never received any updates so had to chase. I received a fairly prompt reply (to his credit) but was told they didn’t have adequate stock. I feel they should verify their stock allocation before accepting orders they cannot fulfill. Lesson learned, and buyer beware.

I have pre order 3 weeks ago, and haven't got any confirmation it's 3 days due release. Phone number invalid. Not replying to emails... I got money back after 5 days .To add to review . My issue it's not that you not replying to my emails 2 at one day and 2 more following day... But that you haven't informe me es a customer than it might be delay on product or give any alternative option to solve problem in the first place Gavin.
