Very responsive and convient. Dr. Anne did a great job and good conversation about my health. She explained all the medical issues well.
It was very easy to book an appointment, clear instructions and the nurse/doctor listened without talking over me. The appointment didn't take a lot of time and my issue was addressed quickly.

Absolutely abysmal service
Absolutely abysmal service. I had a video visit on 03/04/2026 and completed lab tests on 03/09/2026. It is now 03/21/2026, and I am STILL waiting for responses to my questions. In fact, they just informed me that if I want a response, I need to schedule a new appointment. WHAT?! So, there is no follow-up support at all. This place is a joke and a waste of money.

You're right, a week-plus wait to discuss your lab results is completely unacceptable, and we want you to know that after observing these elevated wait times we've made changes in our clinical workflows to ensure that our patients see their lab results faster and enjoy clearer communication around what their results mean. We answered your questions about your results in text form on 3/21, and also offered a video appointment as a courtesy to develop a care plan for you, but we regret that by then we had already lost your trust. We're so sorry that our follow-up protocols caused you so much distress and want to reassure you again that there will be no charge for the time our providers spent on 3/21. We wish you the best of health moving forward and wish to apologize one more time for the negative effect our delayed response had on you.
Will Use Galileo Again
Honestly, great experience. Was at work, knew I needed antibiotics for something I had going on. Looked on my insurance app to see who was in network. Found Galileo and requested a spot in line for virtual Urgent Care. They stayed in contact with me via messaging. When a provider was available, they connected via video and conducted virtual apt. Great provider, got my antibiotics sent to my pharmacy. 10/10

Recent severe decline in responsiveness
I have used Galileo for over a year. I specifically renewed with my insurance to continue receiving Galileo services. However for the last couple of months response times have gone from 2 hours or so to 4 to 5 days. They have obviously expanded their patient base but have not added medical staff. I am planning on switching to an alternative insurance provider that provides Teladoc services because I cannot rely on Galileo any more. Sorely disappointed.

Compassionate Care & Quick Response Times
I met with NP Jenna Katzman through the app and she was absolutely incredible. Navigating doctors, insurance, and medication approvals can sometimes feel like you’re shouting into the void and no one is really hearing you. That was definitely not the case here.
Jenna truly listened, showed genuine care, and helped address the issue I was dealing with. The medication I needed required a prior authorization, and Jenna and her team were completely on top of it. I had several questions along the way, and they were extremely responsive both through the online portal and over the phone.
I’m incredibly grateful for the support and attention I received. I would absolutely recommend Jenna and the Galileo team to any family member or friend. 11/10 experience!!!

So the alleged nurse practitioner that…
So the alleged nurse practitioner that I saw did not listen to any of my concerns. She said that I should take some Tylenol. I have been self treating for 2 weeks and finally wanted to see someone. I asked to see another provider. She then had her nurse call me to tell me that there was going to be no Change to the care plan and she “stands by her diagnosis “ whatever that means . Saw another provider who listened and treated me respectfully. Danaysua Ramos was the absolute worst provider I have ever encountered. The care plan that she sent me included documentation that was not part of our conversation. She should be investigated

At this time we’ve already gotten you a visit with another of our providers for a second opinion and updated your care plan, as well as had a clinical manager reach out and check in on your symptoms. The doctor was nice
The doctor was nice and was interested in my symptoms. I thought the diagnosis was short, i.e. more for treating symptoms than actually diagnosing the problem. I self tested neg for vid or flu. I appreciate the prescription for cough but the stuff ended up being contagious and my wife caught it. Like I say, Dr was nice but couldn't diagnose the problem over the internet.
