It was very easy to book an appointment, clear instructions and the nurse/doctor listened without talking over me. The appointment didn't take a lot of time and my issue was addressed quickly.

Using a virtual doctor is convenient, quick, and easy to access from anywhere. It's an excellent choice for routine healthcare needs when a one-on-one visit with a physician or nurse practitioner isn't necessary

Convenient, Timely, and High Quality
I was able to get in the queue to see a provider and within about two hours I got an alert to join. The doctor seemed thoughtful and wasn't trying to rush. He asked good questions and resolved the care I needed quickly.

This is my second time using Galileo. It's so much easier than actually seeing a doctor. They are able to get the referrals I need at any point and very quickly. And they help find the specialist that are in network with my insurance instead the doctors just choosing whoever. Very helpful.

I love that the providers and the videos are so personal. They listen to what i have to say and what i feel and answer all my questions thoroughly. Mu consults have been fast and well addressed.
