( appointment time that I set), got x-rays Monday morning and set up an appointment with a physical therapist Tuesday afternoon. Really impressed with the professionalism of everyone I corresponded with.

I moved to an online provider for ease. This has been the best experience I have EVER had with primary care. They check in and stay on top of your care. I got my verification in 5 days. Took my in person provider over a month. You can schedule follow ups 24/7. The move between the dr and np is seamless. If you are worried you won’t get as good of care, DON’T. Absolutely the best experience I have had.

Though I had to wait some time it wasn't very long. Dr. Justin Smith was thorough and took the time to understand and discuss my situation to my satisfaction.

This medical provider is a scam. They will charge you even if you don’t receive or meet with a medical provider. Just for signing up and filling out a consultation request. Do not use them.

The Galileo Medical team is awesome!! I didn't feel rushed or talked over and the Dr. listened plus understood my issues and handled them accordingly. Also very courteous and compassionate. I would recommend 10/10!! I'm very confident my health will improve with such caring hearts 💕

Very helpful to be able to see a doctor facetime, and not have to leave the comforts of home when you are sick. Everyone who I dealt with seemed genuinely concerned with my well-being.

A nurse on the Galileo app said she made an appointment for me with a local Lab Corp office. When I showed up at the office, I was told there was no appointment and that I needed to call Galileo to straighten it out. And guess what? I don't even see a number to call.

The dr was kind, patient & knowledgeable.

I’ve had a great experience with Galileo. Appointments are available very quickly, which is incredibly convenient. The doctors take the time to listen carefully, ask thoughtful follow-up questions, and make sure all of my concerns are addressed. I also really appreciate that I can continue the conversation through the chat after my appointment if I have additional questions. The whole process is easy, professional, and very patient-friendly. Highly recommend!

Doctor was very thorough asked a lot of health question and I did not have to wait forever to be seen I would highly recommend

I felt the doctor listened to me about "my" diagnosis and then told me what she thought it was. She was correct. but still called in a prescription to alleviate my uncomfortable symptoms.

Awful provider. They constantly bill their claims wrong in an attempt to charge fees and copays that they shouldn't be charging based on the insurance coverage / policy that I have. Contacting them is a nightmare; they sometimes take days to respond and if you don't respond within a short window of time that they do, then you have to wait even longer to hear back again. Avoid this provider at all costs unless you want to throw away money for no reason.
