Very responsive and convient. Dr. Anne did a great job and good conversation about my health. She explained all the medical issues well.
It was very easy to book an appointment, clear instructions and the nurse/doctor listened without talking over me. The appointment didn't take a lot of time and my issue was addressed quickly.

The imaging facility is typically responsible for sending the results to you and to us, so we'll want to understand why we didn't receive them and how we can ensure this doesn't happen in the future! We review all imaging results within a couple of days of receiving them, and we're always happy to try and track down results for you if another provider hasn't made them available. They were double Charging me, today I got a bill for 210, after I fired them months ago.
They were charging my insurance and myself for monthly service. I received some of my money back last year. Then all of a sudden they messaged a bill for 210. I fired them after I got some of my money back. They have no clue what they are doing. I'm taking this to my states Attorney General. Now, I'm curious if they continued to charge my card, because I closed that bank account and maybe they want more money for poor services.
Lets discuss poor service. I had an open infected wound, I contacted them about some antibiotics. They never responded. It was on the app, but they just never did. Then I learned they were double charging me. Full cost to me and the cost to the insurance company.
Insurance companies want you to use these because they are cheaper. Never the same Dr. and the quality and communications is horrible.

The doctor was very friendly
The doctor was very friendly, thorough, and personable. I needed a medication refill. She was not able to fill it. However, she had other solutions. She was willing to attempt a one month bridge refill if necessary. My previous PCP doesn't accept my United Healthcare care plan.She provided an alternate plan to find a hematologost to monitor my ongoing antiphospholipid syndrome.

Random billing text message.
I got a random text message claiming I had an outstanding bill in June of this year. I got one service in August of 2024. This was the first attempt to contact me about this. Nothing else via text or email other that marketing and review requests.
The statement for the service is dated as April 2025, so it took eight months for a bill to be created, and it took almost two years to actually notify me about a bill? Absolutely ludicrous, and now I am being threatened with collections.
I don't think this speaks to reasonable insurance timelines. I understand these things can get delayed. This strikes me more as organizational mismanagement. Two years!

It's been over 24 hours since I submitted a medication request. Radio silence. Customer support AI completely stopped working and there is no support line or email that I can find. So so so tired of EVERYTHING being a scam in this country.

The person I spoke with was great, but insurane red tape meant I couldn't get treated (yet)
The person I spoke with was great, but they wrote me a prescription for something that my insurance requires preauth for, and i didn't have the pre-auth. Because this service is recommended by my insurance, seems like a really bad process that the recommended medicine wasn't covered.

We’re sorry to have prescribed something not on your formulary — sometimes the best prescription for a symptom doesn’t match up with what your insurance prefers. Please reach out in your chart or call 888-613-4254 and we can prescribe you a covered alternative, if appropriate. Otherwise we’ll get that prior authorization done for you as quickly as possible. the nurse practitioner Araceli was so great and really listened which made me feel safe and comfortable. i was able to get a refill on my medication and she even scheduled a blood test for me so i could get my lipid levels checked when i am able to.
