Dr Todd Jarrell was excellent. To the point. Compassionate and wasn't in a hurry rather wanted to get to the heart of the matter. Perfect responses.

Excellent and Understanding Doctor
I was connected very quickly with a kind Doctor who understood what I needed and ordered the tests right away. My local "in person" primary care doctor would not do anything except refer me to a specialist for "initial consultation" that was months away and not required by insurance or DSM 5.

Absolutely wonderful
So happy with my experience! I went in expecting to spend the whole week searching and trying multiple different health services, but Galileo was like "nah, hold my tea, watch this" 😆 They helped me the same day, and I was able to take care of way more than I thought. It honestly lifted a HUGE weight off and was just so relieving. The doctor who helped me was so wonderful and nice, very reassuring.

Love this! Super easy and fast to get an appointment. The doctors answered every question I had and was genuinely concerned with my recovery. Not to forget I didn't have to leave my house for any of this except to pick up my meds at my pharmacy of choice. Best service ever. Recommend for all! 5 stars easily. Bravo Galileo.

I was able to speak with someone immediately. I gave back ground information and the physician asks questions and wrote a prescription which I picked up within a few hours and I was back to myself quickly.

I can't advocate for Galileo enough
I can't advocate for Galileo enough, I've used it for various issues throughout the past year and they have been responsive, efficient, and very thorough. You can't beat the convenience of in-app messaging. I've had better treatment over my video calls than in person with doctors. As far as cost efficiency, Galileo is provided through my employer so I find it to be affordable

Great Communication and Customer Service
Galileo has outstanding communication and customer service. In my personal experience , they have been unable to actually diagnose and treat me. They referred me to other practitioners that require an actual office visit. Very nice, though.
