We had a connection issue following work in our building, which meant all the internet cabling needed to be redone.

Despite the lack of support from our building management, G Network were extremely quick, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process.

Our engineer, Fazle, was absolutely amazing. Communication throughout the two days of work was exceptional. He was incredibly efficient and professional, did a fantastic job, and even took the time to organise our cables neatly.

The level of technical support and customer service Fazle provided is exactly what you wish you could receive from other companies. He went above and beyond, and we couldn’t be happier with the service.

G Network has now sold me a broadband service it couldn't provide, twice.

In 2025 I signed up by phone and was assured installation at my flat. Two days later they called to say they couldn't install. Fine, mistakes happen.

Then on Monday 28 September 2026 a G Network flyer arrived, addressed to my flat, telling me the service was now available. I signed the contract, set up a direct debit and completed every step they asked for. The very next day I got an email saying, once again, they couldn't deliver to my address.

I complained and was promised a call back. It never came. I had to chase them myself, and the representative just apologised and repeated that they couldn't provide the service.

So G Network is actively marketing to addresses it can't serve, taking signups and bank details, and only then checking whether it can deliver. That isn't a one-off error. It's a broken sales process, and it's happened to me twice.

If you get a G Network flyer, don't believe it until an engineer is physically connecting your flat. Until then, don't hand over your bank details.

Leon arrived on time, very professional and friendly. Work was completed in a timely manner. Cleaned up after. Everything was thoroughly explained. Fuss free set up

Jermaine and Octavian were amazing. Explaining what would happen, estimating how long it would take. Talking politely to worried neighbours, reassuring them and then cleaning up and showing me how everything was going to work. Def recommended to anyone.

They told my current provider I was leaving them before the order even went through, website failed and no one bothered to contact me. Eventually went through order process online again, only to be left waiting days to book an engineer visit, I had to call them, I was told someone would ring me back and I received a lousy email. Customer service is absolutely terrible so far. Terrible start to a 2 year contract. Avoid if you can, choose another provider.

Luis has been very helpful dealing with the freeholder for months to get fibre optics for the building thank you for your persistence on the matter it was a challenging journey.

The service was really good. The installer, Jamie Walford, was amazing as well. Everything was perfect.

G. Network was quick, efficient and incredibly resourceful when installing our WiFi. German Schmidt and Laurence Bollers were kind, attentive to our needs and very well informed on the service they were providing and this proved especially useful when we had questions about the installation and the device itself. Should we ever need to update our model or increase our subscription, I’ll definitely be requesting that both German and Laurence come back to help us out. I couldn’t recommend themselves and G. Network enough, thanks so much for helping us out!

I thought I'd never get fibre in my apartment, G.Network made it possible for us! Special shout out to David Asamoah our account manager and Lawrence and Andrew who came and installed it super fast.

This is by far the best Internet provider I have ever experienced. It was a seamless procedure to get GNetwork installed. William kept in touch with me, got an initial survey done. Advised me whenever I had a question. So genuinely friendly and helpful, no sales patter, no hitches or delays and Andrew who installed it was the most professional I've ever experienced compared to any previous Broadband providers I've been with.
Also, the speeds promised are what you actually get and the package is twice as efficient as my previous providers at a far better price.
If there were awards for Broadband providers GNetwork would get the Oscar.
All in all, outstandingly excellent

Jamie Walford was great. It was not an easy installation and from my previous experience with cable providers installers usually try to find the reason why not to do the job. Jamie didn’t give and has done everything he could to complete the install. Great fist experience with G-Networks.

G network were really prompt & responsive in getting our install scheduled. On the day itself, Luis was great - he was quick, efficient & really lovely! He checked everything was working properly for us before he left & we have had no issues since.
