Fusion For Business Anmeldelser

I can’t recommend Ethan Stuart highly enough. We had unfortunately allowed our energy contract to lapse, but Ethan went above and beyond to help us get everything sorted.

He answered every question clearly, responded incredibly quickly and secured us a fantastic deal. The whole process was straightforward and reassuring from start to finish.

As a business owner, it is also a huge weight off my mind knowing that Ethan will monitor our renewal going forward, so we won’t find ourselves in the same position again. Exceptional service from someone who genuinely cares about getting the best outcome for his clients.

Ethan Stuart was a great help in finding our company a better Electricity deal as we were out of contract and paying over the odds for our supply. Ethan had good knowledge of what was available to us and the background of the company that we have now choose to supply us.

Fraser, made the sign-up experience easy. He had a patient and helpful manner and my busy business meant he had to navigate what times was best for me.

This is my first experience of Fusion For Business's customer service. I hope this level of service remains 5 star.

Mark Sumner went above and beyond to get a good deal on electric supply for our small premises.
He started with a very reasonable deal, but then said he would try another supplier and see if he could get the day rate scrapped ( he wasn’t hopeful) but came back to me within 1/2 hour with that deal saving us 60% on what we currently pay.Thank you very much Mark.

Mark provided great advice and support and it is so refreshing to have an energy advisor looking after our business interests.

Fab service, got me good pricing, didn’t hassle me and talked me through the process

From the start to finish of my experience with Fusion for Business, I found them friendly, helpful and competent. Fraser, in particular, was a joy to do business with.

Our business recently moved into premises so we were automatically out of contract with the previous supplier to the premises. As a new business we were finding difficulty in getting a supplier to accept us without a number of conditions. I spoke to Cameron, explained our predicament and he managed to resolve everything for us within 48 hours and immediately took the stress and headache away. He understood our requirements and gave excellent service. I have already recommended him and FFB to a number of businesses.

Fraser delt with my query about changing electric, which he found a very good deal, which was accepted in doing so saving me half of what I was paying, Fraser also was very helpful in helping me sign the online application which I have never done before so all was very good experience

David Potter guided me through changing my electricity contract. Professional and a pleasure to deal with

Fraser provided the most appropriate quotes , saving us nearly half on our energy bills. He was always available to discuss the information. Once we agreed on suppliers, he guided us through the signing process, checking with us through the process. All in all I would recommend Fusion and Fraser every time

Thomas the representative was a lovely chap. Great humour great chat thanks for all your help through the process. Let's hope the service going forward is just as good as the signing up process 😉😉😉😉😉

Mark Sumner provided invaluable help and advice regarding the renewal of our business electricity supply contract. We initially spoke on Friday evening and the new contract was agreed and signed by early Monday afternoon. He is excellent to deal with and very clear in all his communications. A great asset for Fusion for Business.

Mark was especially helpful. He understood some of the complexities that Churches have.
We were offered a great Gas price which is currently lower than what we are paying, and they are helping us make the switch.
