A very professional experience, our contact John (Ballo) has been extremely helpful and friendly the whole way through the process.

I initially contacted Fusion for business to help find me a better deal on my energy standing charges in a Business unit that I had moved into,I was initially surprised and impressed that a lad called Ethan called me at approx 20.00 to introduce Fusion & discuss my requirements.
I had 2 main costly issues, 1/ a 3 phase incoming supply that was a gross over supply for my requirements which had high standing charges, 2/ HHrly meter that added charges to the already high standing charges, Fusion used their expertise to provide guidance and give me a starting point to try and reduce these significant costs.
I felt a real effort was put in by the Fusion Team notably with Abby Sonnenfield putting her shoulder to the wheel to get stuff done & Lewis Wilkinson who was always available/call back to answer any queries, I felt that they both demonstrated a great level of customer service, industry expertise and knowledge, well done & thankyou all at Fusion and especially you both.
