My sofa bed brok after 11 months I have write email to the company but they replied it's my fault because probably something too have was on the sofa or the way I was using sofa was inappropriate .
So they refused exchange or compensation

My experience with Furnipol was absolutely disastrous. I ordered a sofa in October with a guaranteed delivery date no later than December 5 – and I still haven’t received it. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I had to chase the company myself, because customer service couldn’t even be bothered to inform me about the delays.
Delivery was promised before the X-mas holidays – of course, that promise was broken. I had to contact the company again myself. Another promise to deliver in mid-January also turned out to be false. When I called on January 10, there was no information, because “the factory was still closed after the holidays.” On January 13, I was told that the order would not be fulfilled until February, but no one could provide a specific date.
Despite my requests for updates, no one called me back. When I finally decided to cancel the order – there were no questions, no explanations, no apologies, just a simple “ok.”
Customer service is at zero level. This is not how customers should be treated. Furnipol shows no professionalism or sense of responsibility

Middle of December they delivered a wardrobe. The delivery man was the only helpful person, he discovered one of the main doors was damaged. Ever since then the company has been awful. Terrible customer service. No apology. No replacement part. A month later still no word on when the door will be delivered, or even if! We have paid full price (stupidly!!!!!) And are left with a large, unusable wardrobe. Taking up huge space and looking terrible all through Christmas. We have phoned and emailed and essentially get laughed at for asking them for the replacement. There has never been an apology for delivering a damaged item. Or even compensation. Their attitude seems to be its my fault it arrived damaged. Do not buy from this company.
In addition, the instructions are AWFUL and took hours to put together. Missing several small parts, but can deal with that.

Kupilam kanapę, przyjechala na czas, dostawa bardzo sprawna jak w opisie, pan pomógł ze zmieszczeniem kanapy przez drzwi. Kanapa bardzo wygodna, jak na zdjęciu i opisie na stronie. Zaraz po zamówieniu zadzwonili do mnie z firmy żeby potwierdzić zamówienie i tak samo przed dostawa. Jestem bardzo zadowolona z zakupu, polecam

I am regular customer i order so many things, but this time I order wardrobe but is come damage customer service lady said they didn't see nothing wrong from them side so na any part refund. AVOID AVOID special sales items i spend £360 on broken wardrobe NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!! About other 7 items nothing to said they amazing, but customer service is terrible they right but no customer. Easy to said no , but not communication and found the way work for both sides

Sofa is so nice and arrived 10 days before estimated date !
We however had an issue at delivery where sadly we couldn’t get it pass the staircase doors, called them and the driver came back to help. Rafal was honestly a super star.
Only feedback I would give and why I removed one star is that it would help to have the dimensions of the delivery packages. Probably would have not ordered this model if I knew one parcel wouldn’t fit the lift.

Have just received the Tollo L sofa, just beautiful. Really happy with the quality and the fabric. Not to many brilliant reviews on here, but this was the only style that met my requirements so i decided to take a chance, really pleased i did, not to many places that will make you a sofa for £1,900 with cash on delivery, and if you don't like it they will take it away.
Many thanks to Michael for the updates , and the girls in the office.
Only down fall, quite a wait, was originally 10 weeks, but went over by a couple of weeks, but to be expected for the time of year.
All in all, fab , quality, fab service, and thanks to Radek for squeezing it into my house!

Firma istnieje na rynku bardzo dlugo. Pierwsza wersalke kupilismy okolo roku 2011 i sprawdzila sie, tym razem zamowilismy rozkladana mala sofe typu Amerykanka. Bardzo ciezka, solidna sofa, twarda co moim zdaniem przyczyni sie do wygodnego spania. Syn maga zadowolony, my zreszta tez🥰 polecam firme z cala odpowiedzialnościa, dodam ze otrzymalam chyba trzy telefony od firmy z potwierdzeniem zamowienia a pozniej z informacja o dostawie, dodatkowo 30min przed dostawa kierowca dzwoni wiec serio- super service. Jedyne czego moge sie doczepic to brak showroomu zeby podjechac i namacac produkt🤣 ale wiem, ze jest mozliwosc zamowienia probki materialu i obsluga bardzo uprzejmie odpowiada na kazde pytanie i chetnie doradza, ktore materialy sa na przyklad plamoodporne. Platnosc gotowka badz karta u kieroecy. Polecam!

Kupiłam kanapę w w/w firmie przy dokonywaniu zakupu nie poinformowano mnie o kosztch wniesienia kanapy a wydaje mi się ze taka informacja powinna być podana odrazu. Co do jakości w skali od 1 do 10 daję 4 bo to nic nadzwyczajnego.
