Furbo Pet Camera Anmeldelser 

Seit dem Februar-Update hat die Furbo-Nanny regelmäßige Ausfälle bei den Aufnahmen. Der Support reagiert entweder verzögert oder gar nicht. Im Chat wird man immer wieder vertröstet und das Anliegen soll angeblich an die Fachabteilung weitergeleitet werden, die sich innerhalb der nächsten 24-48 Stunden melden wird. Es sind mittlerweile ca. 5 Wochen vergangen, seitdem ich das Problem gemeldet habe, aber bisher habe ich keine Lösung oder Rückmeldung erhalten.

I want to love Furbo, it was a nice little toy, but there are some big red flags for the company itself. I've had a Furbo since it came out pretty much, and it worked well. For the past 2 or 3 years, the camera live feed hasn't worked on the app. All I am ever able to see is a black screen. However, if I take a screenshot, I can see an image. Anyway, for me, it hasn't been a huge deal and I've made due with what I've got. HOWEVER, now I got notice that Furbo is discontinuing their Gen 1 camera, but not as an "optional upgrade", no. They are making Gen 1 unusable, forcing all of us to buy their new cameras as the camera that we currently have will become obsolete. Not only are they forcing their existing customers into spending the money AGAIN, but they are also trying to bind us to a monthly subscription for their services. This is totally fine if it were OPTIONAL. They are however, making it clear that the Gen 1 camera and the app for Gen 1 camera will no longer work after August 2024, so Furbo Gen 1 will be literal garbage. Not only are they trying to force their customers into buying again, but they are also producing a giant amount of garbage from all the Gen 1s they sold. They do not even have a program to return our old Furbos before upgrading, to recycle them inhouse and reduce the waste. It's an outright "throw out your current Furbo because it will no longer work, and buy a new one from us" type of attitude and I will not be participating. Not even Amazon - goodness, I have like five Gen 1 Alexas and they all still work, despite the release of newer models. Very disappointing environmental etiquette from Furbo.

Haben die Kamera lange benutz. Mal abgesehen, dass man ein kostenpflichtiges Abo abschließen muss um einfache Funktionen nutzen zu können, ist die Kamera bereits zwei mal kaputt gegangen. Irgendwann hat sie einfach den Geist aufgegeben. Das erste mal wurde sie dann ersetzt und jetzt ist es wieder passier. Einfach schlechte Qualität. Werde mir eine andere Marke zulegen. Schade um das ganze Geld.

Never maintains a consistent connection. Usually pops up with an error message saying unable to connect. Great if you’re in the house with your pet however if you use it for it’s main purpose of keeping an eye on when you’re out it’s useless.

Customer support is pathetic and weak. I do not recommend this product for this reason.

I've contacted their customer service 5 times now about returning my Furbo (within the 30-day return period). Although I was always able to reach customer service directly, they have been unable to provide me with a return label, because their label machine is broken.. ????? They promised me time and again to send the label whenever it's working again. But it's been about a month now and I haven't heard anything, am still stuck with the Furbo I don't want and can't get my money back. I get the feeling they're just postponing and delaying until you've forgotten so they don't have to repay you. How can a company, shipping tons of those devices worldwide, not be able to offer a return service because their label machine isn't working?!

Our Furbo broke after a couple of years of light use, contacted their customer service, they could not fix it and only suggestion was to buy a new one or pay a high yearly fee that is equivalent to buying a new one every 2 years. This is not acceptable, it shouldn't break after a couple of years of light use, it's a shame Furbo is not built sustainably and that their plan is just to get more money out of people every 2 years as soon as the warranty is over and for a product that is already too expensive in the 1st place.

My Furbo was a game changer for my new rescue dog who had separation anxiety. I could calm him and send him back into his bed when he was stressed. It just takes a little bit of time for them to get used to it and the treats helped. A fantastic product very affordable worth every penny. Customer services are always readily available and very helpful. Nothing to dislike I highly recommend this product.

Have had this device for a while now and was happy, however the night vision has stopped working and I was advised to buy a 2 year subscription that allowed me to get a new device free, but that would also give constant, unadulterated access to my home via the Furbo Nanny scheme. No choice to repair the unit. They are pushing this scheme very hard and given the camera burnt out in 3 years of low to moderate use…. Well I won’t be replacing with another Furbo- plenty of other cheaper options now with the same features I require.

My dog hated it. The return process was a nightmare.

if i could give 0 stars i would. i am out of the country for a month and my furbo decides to break. no warning nothing. of course furbo will replace it for $69 they said - which is a joke when they cost $99 brand new. ridiculous customer service. gonna go buy another canary camera.

I don’t know why some people are writing pretty bad comments here. I ordered one on September 19th through Furbo official website and received on the 21st. Within two days and the product is in perfectly working (of course it’s brand new) condition.
Super fast shipment, no hassle. Nothing to complain about.

Awful! Do not waste your money!
I brought camera and subscribed to plan. Tracking Information advised me it had been delivered when it hadn’t, I was at home all day. I then contacted customer service on a number of occasions who advised me they would open an investigation that would take 7 working days to determine the whereabouts of the camera. They advised me they didn’t believe me when I said it hadn’t been delivered and I offered to provide the cctv footage that nothing had been delivered, however they kept just advising me it had been delivered. I asked for a new camera to be sent out or a refund and they advised me neither could be done until the whereabouts of camera were confirmed.
I ended up going through my bank to get my money refunded. Where there positive reviews come from on there website I have no idea, wish I’d done my research before ordering, instead I have now brought a different camera of Amazon for a fraction of the price that works wonderfully.

I ordered one of these cameras over 2 weeks ago and tried chasing up with the customer service team. They said the item had been delivered however it hadn't. I have camera evidence of it not being delivered however they still refuse to refund or send replacement. Customer service team have been incredibly unhelpful and appear to be treating me like I am lying. They have no evidence that it has been delivered but I have cctv that it hasn't and have offered to provide this. I wouldn't risk wasting your money

I had a faulty Furbo that after much documentation and lobbying Furbo agreed to replace. They have since proceeded to send me THREE units that were broken on arrival. One was refurbished, and two were brand new (yet totally defective). The original Furbo stopped allowing new WiFi connections, the next two replacements had non-functioning launching mechanisms, and my 4th unit was corrupt/frozen after installing the firmware. No reset or other standard troubleshooting works, the device is totally frozen/non-responsive. The amount of time I've spent dealing with customer service and configuring defective units then packaging/returning them to Furbo HQ is bizarre at this point. The lack of QA is ridiculous, and I'm slowly transitioning from feelings of frustration to just feeling bewildered by the lack of product quality. 4 broken units in a row is absurd. I work in IT and feel fairly confident in my troubleshooting abilities, so I gotta give them a one-star review for wasting so much of my time and failing to provide the functional product they are advertising. I'm going to email customer support now and ask for an ETA on my 5th replacement unit (that will inevitably be broken in some way). At some point maybe it's on me for still trying.

The product was ok at first, did the job, but like most items of tech they are all designed to fail at some point, despite the product being looked after really well. The Furbo just decided one day that it would no longer connect to the internet. I have attempted every solution available to the problem with no success. There has been zero support from the company in rectifying the issue. This was a clear software/hardware fault with the product. Not worth the price tag, terrible customer service, and will consider alternative products for future replacement

Never received the camera

Could have been a mailing issue but the customer service were no help, kept telling me to wait 7 days for investigation, and now I cannot get hold of anyone in customer service to chase up.
Unfortunately now having to dispute the payment with my bank as never received what I have paid for as haven’t had any updates from furbo as to whether they can refund or replace an item that hasn’t been delivered

Parfait! Je possède furbo depuis plusieurs années et tout est parfait! J'ai eu un problème avec un des deux que je possède et ils m'en en renvoyé un neuf très rapidement! C'est le meilleur service après vente que je connaisse! Qui plus est ils m'ont envoyé la version plus récente alors que je leur ai retourné l'ancien modèle. Merci furbo!
