A Game-Changer for our Maltipoos!

Furbo has been an absolute lifesaver for us and our two Maltipoos! Knowing we can check in on them anytime and even toss them a treat brings us so much peace of mind. Before Furbo, we worried about giving them full access to the house while we are away, but now we can see that they’re safe, happy, and enjoying their freedom.

The camera quality is amazing, and the two-way audio lets us talk to them when they need a little reassurance. It truly feels like we’re never too far away, even when we’re out. If you’re a pet parent looking for a way to stay connected with your fur babies, Furbo is a must-have!

Absoluter Müll, die Kamera bewegt sich selbst wenn keine Bewegung stattgefunden hat bzw. kein Tier zu sehen ist (nicht mal auf dem selben Stockwerk), leuchtet zur Aufnahme aber nimmt komischerweise nichts auf in der App. Nach 3 Tagen zurückgeschickt (Ende Dezember) und bis heute noch keine Rückerstattung erhalten obwohl alles nach Vorschriften durchgeführt wurde. Zuerst wollte man unterstellen, das Etikett wäre nicht das richtige gewesen, dann wäre die Ware nicht angekommen obwohl in der Sendungsverfolgung "zugestellt" vermerkt ist. Vor knapp 2 Wochen teilte man mir mit die Rückzahlung ist veranlasst aber bis heute kam kein Geld bei mir an.

Ich habe mir eine Furbo Hundekamera auf der Website bestellt und bereue das bitter.
Ich habe sie etwas unüberlegt bestellt und brauche sie doch nicht. Ich möchte sie nun zurücksenden. Allerdings gibt es keinen Support. Ich erhalte ständig Mails vom "Support", die mein Problem nicht lösen. Ich möchte einfach die Kamera zurücksenden und mein Geld zurück. Das scheint bei Furbo ein Riesenproblem zu sein. Es gibt keine Kontaktmöglichkeit mit echten Menschen. Nie wieder!!! Finger weg von diesem Anbieter- unseriös. Auf der deutschen Website steht nicht einmal ein Impressum (obwohl das meines Erachtens gesetzliche Vorgabe ist).

I received a Furbo as a gift from my family, and I was initially excited about it. However, I later discovered that the device has significant cybersecurity issues. It has been hacked multiple times, and on one occasion, a hacker even gained remote control of the camera. This is terrifying, especially since it records our daily lives in our home. The company does not seem to prioritize cybersecurity, which only adds to my concerns.

Furbo broke after 2 years - just randomly stopped connecting. No free replacement from Furbo, only offered to buy another and purchase a warranty subscription (so would work out at £300 for a camera that will break after 2 years!)
Do not buy!

We initially got this camera few years ago because of its notification when a dog would bark.

Once they introduced their subscription model you can also get this function if you pay 7 euros a month.

You can get cheaper cameras with more functions

Hab die Kamera damals für 179€ gekauft. Es ist unverschämt das man ein Abo nutzen muss um alle Funktionen zu nutzen, Angebot für 3 Monate 99cent musst trotzdem noch ein anderes abschließen. Geht gar nicht. Service Mies , preis Leistung mies , lasst es einfach, eine Camera von Action tut es auch.

terrible, it has always been kept very well, but despite everything, out of the blue a purple light came on and according to the technical support it means that there is nothing to be done. obviously when the warranty expires. The duration is not worth its cost

My Furbo just randomly stopped connecting to wifi. Contacted support and they pretty much told me I was out of luck since I did not have the nanny subscription even though I paid $200 for the camera. Please look elsewhere for a camera.

Elle ne fonctionne plus après avoir Chatté avec plusieurs interlocuteurs, ça ne fonctionne toujours pas, le chien se mord la queue on tourne en rond sur les tchats donc aucune solution, aucun remboursement à fuir!
Et en plus on me dit tchat terminé en gros, démerde-toi !

Ive been using the furbo for a few years now and it suddenly started letting someone else (outside of my own usage) log in and start watching us. (as a blue light comes on everytime someone logs on to watch) have complained to furbo and they're trying to say it's a power outage problem with my system and now they have closed the ticket without it being fixed. Personally I think that's aboustly a BS excuse. Their systems obviously have a weakness to being hacked and they're trying to hide it.

Camera quits functioning, no help or warranty at all.
Bought the camera in feb 23. Within a few months it stopped operating and it still is not working. Just stopped. Contacted Furbo. Sent up required pictures and information. They do not respond whatsoever to repeated emails.
Don't buy this. There are much cheaper items available with better service.

The Furbo worked OK for ~45 days, then just stopped connecting to our Wifi. Spent many hours resetting (both on the Furbo itself and our home's Wifi), changing various settings based on recommendations from Furbo customer support. After weeks of trying to get this thing to work we're done - this is certainly one of the more frustrating product experiences I've had in a long time. Now we're going to do what we should have done from the beginning and get a cheap home security webcam. Furbo: poorly made product, lackluster customer service.

Most expensive cookie dispenser I ever bought! My Furbo was great while it worked however, less than a year of owning it, it stopped capturing video or even sending any notifications. It’s nothing more than a treat dispenser now and the company although I have several emails with them stalling and asking me to go through a series of BS requests and also allowing them access to the camera, they finally just decided to do nothing to rectify and just went silent on me!

Do NOT recommended this BS company! They take your money and then when their crappy China made cameras stops working, they do nothing about it! They have my money and that seems to just be their M.O

Avoid Furbo unless you don’t mind wasting money.

Schlechtester Service ever… Antworten kommen von KI und bringen keine Lösung! Hier gab es ein Rechnungsproblem, es wurden 13€ mehr berechnet (ja nicht viel, aber bei der Masse an Kunden eine Frechheit!) Auf sofortige Meldung von mir wurde erst Tage nicht reagiert und seitdem wird man täglich völlig nutzlos zugespamt, ich sollte heute zum 5. Mal einen Nachweis schicken, das hatte ich die anderen 4x bereits getan und trotzdem wurde immer wieder danach gefragt, einfach nur Abzocke!!!! Finger weg, macht mehr Arbeit als Freude, meine geht unausgepackt zurück.

Great for a year then stop working ,they sent me a replacement that cost me $179 dollers with out the lead then told me to buy the lead on Amazon because they were out of stock that cost me another $15 the customer service is terrible please don't buy this product

I've used the Furbo Dog Nanny Camera for nearly two years, and while it has some great features, my experience has been mixed.

Pros

Great Features and Updates: The recent software updates have improved the camera significantly. The updates have increased the accuracy of dog vomiting alerts, and the barking alerts remain very sensitive. The Doggie Diary is also useful for staying connected with my dog.

Cons
Connection Issues with Free Version: When my subscription ended and I reverted to the free version, I encountered frequent connection problems. During my subscription, I never had these issues, which is frustrating considering the high initial cost of the camera.

Subscription Dependency: It feels unfair to need a subscription for basic functionality, especially after paying a lot for the camera.

Conclusion
While the Furbo Dog Nanny Camera has excellent features and updates, the connection issues with the free version are disappointing. If you're okay with the subscription cost, it's a great tool, but expect connectivity problems without it.

Less than 6 years later, the company turned my $100+ furbo dog treat dispenser into tech junk. Product would work fine, but the company decided to stop "supporting" it, which means, it won't work at all. Bad for the environment, bad for customers, driven by greed. Shameful.

Am liebsten würde ich 0 Sterne vergeben. Ganz kurz nach Ablauf der Garantie, lässt sich das Gerät aus heiterem Himmel nicht mehr verbinden. Einzige Lösung des Services: neues Gerät und am liebsten ein 2 Jahren Abo. Was ein Zufall

Furbo was a major letdown and we will be switching to a more ethical company with a better product. Some of the issues we had with the camera include the following:

- Furbo never detected when the dogs got into the trash. We even rushed one of our dogs to the emergency vet after we suspected she ate chocolate frosting out of the trash, but we didn't have it caught on Furbo even though the camera was pointed directly at the trash.

- Furbo never detected when the dogs went potty inside the house.

- We wanted to purchase a second camera, but they told us it would charge us the entire new 2-year fee instead of the prorated difference for upgrading from Basic to Pro.

- Furbo periodically displayed ads inside the app and overlayed over the top of our videos even though we pay for a subscription. Users cannot turn these ads off.

- Furbo cannot distinguish between a human cough / laugh and a dog bark. It sends notifications for all of the above.

- The treat dispenser gets clogged periodically.

- The speaker is bad quality so even humans have a hard time understanding what is being said through the app.

Overall it was a bad experience.
