I’ve been addicted to Frey’s fragrance since the beginning. I prefer the scent booster but since it wasn’t available I got the dryer sheets. Ahhhhh

Ever Since I first started using Frey
Ever Since I first started this I thought ofcouse my clothes smelled amazing but how soft they were and clean. The shampoo and conditioner is amazing too. I have also tried the amazing dryer sheets love them how they make my clothes soft and static free and smell amazing.

Will never order from Frey again
I ordered from Frey on 3rd December 2021 and still havent received my order. I sent many emails and it is always the same answer. We will prioritize your order. I received an email 3 weeks ago on 18th January telling me that the order is shipped however when I track the order it says that USPS created the label but is awaiting the order, for 3 weeks now! I will never order from them again and Im not even sure if I will ever get the products.

Please know that receiving an email with a tracking link means that our warehouse has shipped the package and it's ready to be picked up by USPS at our warehouse. However, the carrier can lose the package before they scan it in. That's usually what happens when a package gets stuck at "Label created". if I didn't have to wait 2 months
if I didn't have to wait 2+ months you would have gotten 5 stars. however the last 3 orders i made 2 of them I had to cancel after 2 months on 1 and 3 on the other. I don't like having people make interest off my money when said within 7 days they are shipped.. very poor since the LIE of covid came out
