VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE
Customer service appalling. Ordered 9 roses in perspex box.
Came with only eight. I checked to see if it may have fallen out but it wasn't in the boxes.
I emailed straight away with a photo.
No reply. I emailed and completed web-chats for 4 days. Still no reply.
On the 4th evening, I received a survey form!!
I completed the survey with my issues and finally got a reply on 5th day!!
But the solution was too late. I have ended giving a faulty gift.
No apologies for the delayed response either. Just the 'process is to send back' which I would have done if they had answered my emails or web-chats in the first place by the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd day!!

Can’t recommend enough
This is my second time ordering from Fresh Flora and I can’t complain about a single thing. Ordering is super easy, delivery is quick and you receive updates until delivery has happened. The flowers i received were beautifully boxed and in brilliant condition on arrival. I will definitely be reordering when another special occasion pops up!!
