Order not complete & flowers not fresh
The order came without the vase that was paid for. Petals falling off the arrangement the following day. Flower arrangement did not have the volume as expected (Tesco flowers twice the size, fresher, and 1/3rd of the price) Customer service appalling, calls not answered, phone message comes across as avoidance and no response from emails after 6 weeks looking for service . Totally disgusted

Do not order from here. Flowers did not arrive on time/at all. Was told I would get a refund, which has still not been received! You can also then not get hold on anybody!

Don’t order from the US version of…
Don’t order from the US version of Bloom Local - I ordered flowers over a week ago and so sign of them being delivered. The email addresses bounces back and messages on social media are being ignored. I spent over $50 on what must be a scam.

Absolutely dreadful experience
Pre ordered a Mother’s Day bouquet in February,on the 17th march the day before delivery, they emailed to say they couldn’t deliver as they had no stock left! As my mother lives 3 hours drive away,I was left to try to find an alternative gift for her to be delivered. Two weeks later I still haven’t received my refund of over £50. When you try to call it says lines are busy and to email. When I did get through, the answer was a refund had been done on the 17th and to contact the bank, when I asked for proof, a receipt was sent with todays date on it. Wouldn’t ever use or recommend to anyone.

You don't get what they advertise
Please avoid what they advertise and what you get is poles apart. I ordered mixed pastel roses for £66 including delivery, what my wife got was 3 roses which was all the same colour and the rest was not roses, on speaking to the company who delivered the flowers they where told to spend £39 inc delivery and if you don't have the roses it does not mater, but both of florists use the same images to advertise what you are ordering.
I would strongly recommend not to use BLOOM LOCAL

Promise same day delivery but didn’t deliver at all.
Promise same day delivery, to local florist. My mothers 80th birthday, they didn’t deliver, cancelled my order. I ordered from overseas at around 1am Uk time and they still couldn’t fulfil.

Dreadful company
Did not fulfill the order on a sombre occasion and did not contact me to advise that this has happened. The first I knew of it was a bank card refund 10 days later.
In response to your reply.
Firstly I was lied to and told that the florist didn’t deliver to that address ( even though your order process accepted the postcode) and secondly you offered me a discount of 30% to place an order again which seemed pointless as according to yourselves you don’t deliver there even though your website says you do

Hello and may I offer our apologies, a notification was sent but a clerical error directed it to the wrong email address, normally we aim to notify ASAP if a delivery cannot be made. In this case this didn't happen and we do apologize for any emotional stress this caused.
PLEASE use independent Florist shops
PLEASE use independent Florist shops - google them and phone direct. We have never signed up to this relay company and yet they keep sending orders through unbidden - (with you personal names, address and contacts for both customer and recipient - a clear breach of the Data Protection Act 2018). They charged the customer £69.98 and were willing to send us, the florist, a mere £44. Use independents and you will get what you actually pay for.
