Not good. The plants became mouldy and infected very quickly. The owner promised to reimburse which did not happen. Have to go through official channels now.

I think these guys have gone out of business...guessing that means my gift card is worthless. Would be nice if their website/social media accounts had a message announcing this.

Absolutely gutted I cannot use my gift card. A plant arrived ill and in bad conditions and I accepted a gift card instead of a refund from James last month. Now I am unable to order, sent at least 10 emails (before leaving this review) and no help, no reply, no ability to order. Absolutely unacceptable:-(

Absolutely terrible service! Received 2 Bonsai trees which were fantastic along with 2 pots. 1 come in great condition other one smashed. Was advised I would receive a replacement once in stock, then got an email to say the company was seizing production despite still being able to order off their website. Awful.

I have a gift card balance I've been trying to spend for ages, but there are no delivery slots to pick. Been trying to reach customer service in many ways but no luck. Please let me know how I can either use my gift card or get a refund.

Terrible service. I've been trying to spend a £150 gift card on this website for the past month. The website is barely functional and even when it is, it is not possible to compelet an order as there are no delivery slots available. Tried contacting them over email and Insta and totally non-resposive. Rubbish

My niece ordered a plant to be delivered to my 90 year old mother. The plant arrived in a terrible state and was more or less dead. My mother called Stem several times to advise them of this and left messages with details of what had occurred and her contact details. Months later they have never bothered to contact her at all. It really upset her. AWFUL, NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! DISGRACEFUL!

This company has gone into liquidation.

I ordered two plants from here and one arrived with soil waterlogged and over watered. I sent an email the following day from the delivery and initially James “the Founder” responded at 7:20am and asked for a photo and then dismissed my concerns. Once I asked them to collect the plant and process a refund I’ve heard nothing. I’ve sent four emails following up so I’m now just going to raise a dispute with my card company.
Absolutely awful company with abysmal customer service. Avoid at all costs and go to Patch or Beard & Daises where the customer service is second to none.

Easy to order and prompt delivery. Plants were in good condition, apart from the double-stemmed orchid, which had lost all its blooms on one of the stems in transit. THE STEM offered to replace the orchid at no cost and delivered a second one quickly. This one was wrapped well and had only lost a few blooms.

Fabulous plants. Good price and very fast and well communicated delivery by courier. Arrived in excellent condition. Was a gift and she was delighted.

Excellent experience, the plant arrived very well packed in a box, they added a wooden stick to prevent it from getting damaged during shipment, that was brilliant. The plant was beautiful, will buy again.

If I could rate them -5 stars I would.
I had a delivery scheduled that never showed up. I have sent multiple emails to try and rearrange and I've been completely ignored. It's now been a week since my order was supposed to show up.
Impossible get a hold of - unprofessional and unreliable. Avoid!

After a failed delivery they have totally made up for it this time delivery was on time and the plants were very well packed and in great condition will defentily use them again now

Great plants and good customer service would use again and would recommend

Quick (expensive) delivery but the plant pot was fantastic, exactly as described.
