I placed order #169069 on 17 August and, more than five weeks later, I still haven’t received it. The tracking still says “Waiting for information” and I have contacted customer service several times with no response. Very disappointing. I would appreciate an update or a refund.

Absolutely terrible service. My order was supposed to arrive by September 11, and it’s now September 18 with no package and no tracking number. No proper communication either. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I do not recommend this website.

I placed an order with FrenchBeautyHub almost 3 months ago, and I still have not received my order.

I have contacted their customer service multiple times by email and WhatsApp, but they are simply not responding to my messages. I have repeatedly asked for an update regarding my order and, since such a long time has passed, requested a refund, but I have received neither a proper response nor my money back.

What makes this even more frustrating is that their own refund policy states that they take responsibility for the order until it is delivered and that a refund can be issued when an order remains undelivered beyond the specified timeframe.

At this point, I have been left with no order, no refund, and no meaningful communication from customer service for almost three months.

This is completely unacceptable. I understand that shipping delays can happen, but ignoring a customer for months and failing to resolve an undelivered order is not acceptable customer service.

I would strongly recommend that FrenchBeautyHub resolve this matter and issue my refund rather than continuing to ignore my messages. My order number: ORDER #160028

I request a full refund for my order, which was placed in July 2026 and has still not been received. It is now September, and I have been waiting for several months without receiving my order. I have also tried contacting by email and WhatsApp, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. Order #165207

They refuse to investigate or refund a lost parcel, and they also refuse to respond to emails.

Expensive shipping, bottle leaked fluid a little.

The Worst Copany ever, they are scammers and and this website is a bait and switch.
i have made A 200$ order for more than 2 months while it is not yet shipped and i am keep sending emails but no replies only they have replied 2 times at the beginning, and then no responses anywhere.
do not trust then and do not lose your money to pay anything with this scammers.

I received the product promptly and I am very happy with how it feels on my skin. It does not “pill” as other sunscreens have. I trust that it is working as the company promises as an SPF. I am very happy with the French Beauty Hub

The website is easy to use and the products delivered was as described on the website. French Beauty Hub also made me aware of tracking info for my shipment within a reasonable amount of time after order and answered my questions via email as needed.

It took a little time to receive since it was coming from France, but that was to be expected. They let me know when it was shipping and when it was delivered.

I ORDERED A SERUM ON 16TH AUGUST. AFTER A COUPLE OF WEEKS AND HAVING CHASED THE ORDER I WAS INFORMED THAT THEY WOULD EXPEDITE THE ORDER. AFTER A FURTHER PERIOD I WAS INFORMED THERE WAS MORE DELAY AND I ASKED FOR THE ORDER TO BE CANCELLED. I COULD NOT WAIT FOR THE PRODUCT TO BE SENT AS I WAS IN NEED OF BUYING A NEW SERUM. I HAD NO RESPONSE TO MY REQUEST OR TO A FURTHER EMAIL. THIS IS NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE QUITE APART FROM TIME WASTING.

When I recieved the package it looked like it had been through a war. One of the bottles was chipped and the package was basically open when it arrived.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by the complete lack of communication from your company.

I left a review four days ago and was subsequently asked to provide my order number, which I did. Since then, I have received absolutely no meaningful response, no update regarding my order, and no explanation for the continued delay. I have also attempted to contact you by email, yet my messages continue to go unanswered.

How is it acceptable to take a customer’s money, fail to provide the order or any proper update, and then completely ignore their attempts to contact you? This level of customer service is unacceptable and has seriously undermined my confidence in your company.

At this stage, I am no longer interested in waiting for further excuses or promises. I am demanding a full refund immediately.

The continued lack of communication and failure to resolve this matter have raised serious concerns about the way your company is operating. I have therefore reported the matter to the relevant bodies so that it can be properly investigated and so that other customers can be made aware of my experience.

I expect a clear response confirming that my refund has been processed. If I do not receive a satisfactory response promptly, I will continue pursuing the matter through the appropriate channels.

I strongly advise you to resolve this matter without further delay.

This site is a scam, DO NOT order from here. Despite receiving an automated email that my order was shipped, and then following up, it became very clear that it was in fact not shipped and I have heard nothing since despite following up. What a disgrace of a company.

i never had a problem ordering my products. the products that i ordered were safe and delivered on time.

I had to check on the order after a long wait. After I checked customer service got the order moving and it was delivered. Still a long lag between order and delivery. Also, there was a missing item which FBH failed to adjust. They asked for photo's etc. after I had already discarded the packing material.

I ordered something from them at the beginning of July and it is now mid September and still not arrived. I have complained many times and received automated replies. I can only think this company is not legitimate and would not advise anyone to use them.
On the 18th Sept I received a message from the company via Trust pilot asking for order details which they have already been informed of at an earlier date. I have asked for a refund but no joy . I won’t stop until I get some positive action from them.they’ve taken my money and provided nothing!!
