Easy to find what I was looking for. Fast delivery by Evri on time without any issues. The garment was very well made and just as advertised, my wife loved it.

Awful experience - ordered some boots with a flexi account discount , order got cancelled 2 days later saying it was out of stock - however the boots were still in stock so I got told to reorder with the discount - the code wouldn’t work so a very rude customer service person was outing over me telling me I had to wait 24 hours. That order also got cancelled saying out of stock - contacted chat who said it was abialbel and the reordered - then that got cancelled ans was ordered a 4th time! Then the 3rd order that had been cancelled got sent and I ended up with 2 pairs boots delivered the same day and had to arrange a return! Customer service phone was awful - chat slightly better but frustrating process when they clearly had an issue

by supplying what was ordered and not something else.

I give 5 stars as the last lady I spoke to was very good understood what iwas saying she sorted it out for me very helpful not like one of the other people who I thought was rude

Many years ago i used to have a Freemans catalogue…I know that’s dated now..but I loved it. I recently placed an order and it had been reduced, it arrived promptly in perfect condition, and only £1.49 p/p. Excellent service and the p&p a great bargain, im very happy.

Avoid ordering from hear abuslolutly terrible had a offer code then wen i went to pay said no offer code cos i had iterm in sale i did not hav the iterm in sale yet they would not giv me the offer code so if i was you dont bother ordering from hear

The clothes are well made but the delivery service is terrible I returned a dress that went missing in transit they sent the same dress back to me ! I ordered a different dress went to track it but had a message that the package had been damaged beyond repair ! I was offered free delivery but I already had free deliver
It’s a shame as the clothes are actually nice customer service are pleasant helpful but should be given more trust to deal with complaints

It's not Freemans, it's the courier they use! Still waiting for my parcel that I paid delivery charge for 2/3 days supposedly and it's held up with Evri no explanation why. Freemans were not the most helpful at customer service as another reviewer stated fobbed off

Very good service from Freemans. Lovely item ordered but had to return it as it didn’t suit me.

I have been a Freemans customer for nearly 40 years. I’ve always had a good service and never any issues with returns. There’s always a money off email and it’s convenient to be able to pay in instalments. The commission isn’t as good as it used to be though, but then no-one else does this anyway.

My only gripe currently is that now when I place an order it comes in several separate deliveries. Although I understand this can’t be helped depending on where the item is being dispatched from, it’s still an inconvenience as I am at work.

My parcel was left at street door and I was sent picture of it, but when I got home it had been taken. Still waiting on freemans to sort this out, my order cost over £50 so I am not happy

I found the on line site easy to access and use, found what I was looking for, also a bonus in the sale, quick ordering process with several payment options. Delivery was so quick and well packaged when arrived.
The boots were even better than the image, great quality.
